Thanks for your review. We’re glad the shirts were delivered on time and met expectations in terms of quality.

To clarify for others reading: all pricing is published upfront, with clear quantity-based discounts. In this case, the final unit price changed only because the group didn’t meet the expected order volume — a situation we flagged early and offered several ways to resolve.

Additional charges were only applied in response to order changes made after payment, not as hidden fees. We take care to explain these, but we’ll review this case to ensure communication was as clear as it should’ve been.

All our customer service is handled via email so we can maintain a reliable record of all conversations — and our team responded to your queries promptly with options at every stage.

As stated on our website, we manufacture via trusted partners globally, including in China, to offer the best value while maintaining high standards.

We understand group orders can involve pressure, but that doesn’t excuse mischaracterising the process. We take all feedback on board — but we also stand by how this order was handled.

We’re disappointed by your review, though not surprised given your earlier emails.

To clarify for anyone reading:

Your blazer was produced exactly to your approved specification, using our Year-Round Wool Fabric (280gsm) — a high-quality summerweight wool clearly described on our website and in the Order Pack you signed off prior to production. It is not cheap, and certainly not “unusable.” It was delivered on time, made to your measurements, and produced to a very high standard.

We do offer heavier wools (such as our 450gsm winter wool), but that was not selected. As with all custom orders, fabric swatches are available during production for anyone who wishes to be more hands-on — this was not requested at the correct stage.

As for manufacturing: we work with leading tailoring partners across Asia and Europe — the same facilities used by luxury brands. Comments implying that a product made outside the UK is somehow “cheap” are both inaccurate and regrettably familiar, especially in light of your previous reviews. We are proud to work with skilled makers around the world, and we expect our customers to treat all people involved in our process with respect — regardless of where they live or what language they speak.

Anyone reading this is welcome to judge for themselves. Our fabrics are premium-grade, our process is transparent, and our garments are custom made to order with great care.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the logo placement on the drop sleeve style. As Greg mentioned, we’ve double-checked the final garment against your approved order pack, and the placement was exactly as signed off prior to production. The visual difference you’ve noted is due to the different sleeve constructions — raglan and drop sleeve cuts position the chest panel slightly differently when worn, which can affect how the logo appears.

We completely understand your desire for both items to match more closely, and we appreciate your feedback. It’s something we’ll take into account when advising customers on mixed-style orders going forward.
