The team at clinichub was amazing and always there to answer any questions. They were very quick when responding as well. The nurses at the hotel were alll so kind and sweet to me. I appreciated everything during such a big event in my life being in a new country getting surgery , it was a lot less scary than I anticipated and that’s due to the amazing clinichub team and medical team I had . Thank you all !

It was an amazing experience! I’m really thankful for everything and all the help and information i received before and after my surgery.
I booked my rhinoplasty at Clinichub April 2025 with surgeon Dr. Emrah Celik. He communicated everything with me before surgery and gave me a really good feeling- as well as all the employees of Clinichub! Really enjoyed every minute and would do it all over again.

I had a really positive experience with Clinic Hub from start to finish. The whole process was well organised, and I felt supported every step of the way.

All of the staff were genuinely kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which made a big difference, especially when travelling for surgery. The transport arrangements were smooth and reliable, so I never felt stressed about getting to and from appointments.

My surgeon was excellent — professional, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. The hospital itself was clean, well-run, and the care I received there was great.

Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Clinic Hub to anyone considering surgery.

I traveled from the USA and did months of research with doctor Emrah Celik. I loved this style in nose shapes and his bedside manner from researching other reviews. The entire process was honestly very smooth and professional. The nurses at the hospital were very kind despite the language barrier we managed to communicate easily, the surgeon was very honest with my nose shape and outcome, the drivers from clinic hub were always on time and very kind, and not to mention the level of care itself from the 2 night hospital stay to my discharge to the hotel. The post op appointment was very informative too with directions after coming back home , and the doctor is so gentle and kind with humor as well !! The nurses would come to the room every morning to give vitamins and check vitals to ensure recovery was going smoothly and nothing else was needed. Clinic hub has a lot of patients on their list daily , I’m so surprised how accommodating they are and they respond more than effectively if you have a question or an issue. Coming from the US I would highly recommend this procedure/ experience!

Absolutely made our journey with ClinicHub enjoyable, trusting, supportive, welcoming, and comforting. I’m not just being complimentary either; these are very important descriptions of incredible importance regarding our mental and physical care. It’s definitely the people that can make or break an experience. My sister, myself, and my father will only go through ClinicHub for anything and everything surgical we need.

Amazing experience, lovely nurses in the hotel and 24/7 aftercare. Prompt response when in need of any assistance or questions! Amazing doctors and happy with my result. The only reason I knocked one star is because of the hospital medistate which was very difficult to communicate with members of staff. Beautiful hospital and very very clean. Would definitely reccomend!

My experience with ClinicHub was absolutely amazing! The nurses that I had, my surgeon, the people helping me when I was at the hotel were all phenomenal, they always made sure I was okay and really cared for me, they were all such lovely and kind people I cannot thank them enough. The staff at the hotel were very attentive and really nice people.

I’ve used Clinichub three times. My first two experiences were excellent—the team was supportive, and I was very happy with my results with Dr. Emrah.

This most recent experience, however, was extremely distressing and left a lasting negative impact on me.

I was matched with Dr. Yusuf Orhan Ucal. My virtual consultation with him was positive, but in person his demeanor was completely different. I felt that he was condescending and dismissive, especially after I had already shared that I was feeling nervous going into surgery.

During the in-person consultation for my lip lift, he initially told me he would not perform the procedure because my philtrum was not long. Shortly after, he suggested removing 4–5 mm, despite me clearly stating multiple times that I only wanted a very conservative 2–3 mm. He then told me he would decide during surgery whether to remove 3 or 4 mm. This directly conflicted with my stated boundaries and made me feel like I did not have control over what was about to happen to my face.

I left that consultation feeling unheard, uneasy, and genuinely scared.

During the procedure, I experienced pain from the local anesthesia and parts of the surgery itself. I began crying, which led to him responding with frustration, saying “I’m not forcing you to do it,” while I was already on the operating table. When I tried to communicate that I could feel pain, I was told that it “doesn’t hurt” and that he “wasn’t working on that area”. I felt incredibly dismissed and unable to advocate for myself in that moment.

Although additional anesthesia was eventually given, the overall experience made me feel powerless, unsupported, and deeply uncomfortable throughout the procedure.

After returning to my hotel, I cried for hours. The experience was overwhelming and, honestly, felt a bit traumatizing due to the lack of empathy and communication during such a vulnerable situation.

I am not commenting on the final results, as it is still early and they may turn out well. However, surgical outcome does not excuse the experience itself. Patient care, communication, and feeling safe are just as important—especially during a procedure like this.

Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning, despite having had positive experiences with Clinichub in the past.

Amazing experience with ClinicHub and Dr Hasan Ozan Kurt. Hotel aftercare is amazing and my surgery results are outstanding. However the hospital was not great at all and I would hope they move to a private hospital setting Vs using general Turkish hospitals with nurses that don't care about the patients.

My whole experience with clinichub was just perfect, I couldn’t say anything bad about them, how the organize all the steps during your procedure makes a really smooth experience and the most important thing for me was all the team who take care of you over your travel they are so kind and warm, my main support was Zeynep she was with me all time to cover my questions, fears, doubt, bad and happy moments, so I will recommend this clinic by my experience

The staff is clever and very helpful, there is however a language barrier if you don’t happen to speak Turkish

Me and my family and friends have been with clinic hub numerous times every time we arrive there we’re treated like one of the family ❤️🫶 the care and aftercare from minute you arrive and the minute you leave is 5 star ⭐ the surgeons are unbelievable skilled in plastic surgery and the hotel and staff are so welcoming

Had a good experience with Clinichub with my Lipo 360. The only thing I would say is I wish the nurses at hotel were just a little more helpful

I had a good experience through Clinichub, my one bad review was that the hospital nurses don’t speak any English so that can be difficult if you have any issues, however the rest of the experience was good. I had Dr Emrah Celik and am happy so far with my nose! It’s still swollen as I’m 3 weeks post op but it already looks good even swollen :)

Clinichub have been amazing from start to finish. Communication has been amazing from pre op to post op someone is always available to answer any question you may have. I flew to Istanbul to have a BBL, Lipo 360, Tummy Tuck and Chin Lipo and it was my first ever surgery! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process and really took care of me. Everything from my surgeon to the post op nurses and doctors and everyone inbetween were so attentive and lovely I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have surgery in the future and I will definitely be back if there is anything else I want done in the future. Thank you to clinic hub for making my surgery experience such a great one!
