The guys turned up on time and worked efficiently and effectively throughout the move. Goods were handled with care and nothing was damaged in transit. It was not possible to move a sofa to its first floor location on the day as it required 3 people for the lift through a balcony window. The sofa was stored in the garage and a move arranged for a few days later. Excellent service throughout.

We had arranged Clockwork Removals to move us from Dunmore near Falkirk to Auchterarder. From first contact to the end the process was fantastic. They arrived promptly and had the van loaded without fuss. On arrival at our new home we were told the buyer of our house had pulled out. This was when the first class service from Clockwork went into overdrive. We had a call from Adam in Perth office who told us everything would be taken care of. The van was taken back to our old house at 4.30pm and unloaded with the minimum of fuss. Martin and his colleague whose name I cannot remember assured us that they would be there until everything was put back no matter what time they finished. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They took the time and trouble to make a nightmare situation bearable. Many thanks to all of you involved in our unforgettable move.

First class, professional service, not only on move day but from initial enquiry, providing a quote, and booking a date, all seamless and efficient. On the move date, punctual and proficient removal and delivery of furniture. The guys themselves, were brilliant both managed to keep me focused on the task in hand, with their good humour and valuable advice.

The removal men worked hard and carefully, always with a smile on their faces. When our move went completely awry everyone in the company worked hard, without complaints, to get us another date as soon as possible.

Organised and efficient. Nice bunch of lads; turned up early and finished by early afternoon. Everything packed sensibly; no breakages. Dismantling/re-assembly of king-size bed well managed. Handling of plants could maybe have been more delicate. Very satisfied overall; would recommend.

Only way to describe is brilliant service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I contracted them to move my household goods from Scotland to Madrid, Spain. I've should have fired them within the first hour of packing the house when the first wine glass was broken. Two days later they finished and hurried off. it was now too late to fire them when I walked through the house after the lorry left and discovered cupboards still half full, along with an antique table left in a bedroom. It was a Saturday so I phoned first thing Monday morning. A representative came to the house for the boxes I packed and took them and the table in his car. I never saw the table again! Upon arrival in Madrid, there was one person in the lorry from another company, the driver from that other company. Since my goods were being stored in a storage unit, we were now obligated to find two people to help unload the lorry - a two hour delay in the process. The driver was gobsmacked with what a poor job Clockwork had done in packing and preparing the container. I have a photo of the driver picking up four large boxes at the same time, simply because the boxes were only half full, or less. Much damage was done to various things rolling around the container that had not been placed in boxes or packed and protected correctly. (Insurance paid the claim) Upon moving into my home and now unpacking, there were numerous broken items, many smashed and crumpled lamp shades, boxes half full (yes, I was paying for volume). The proverbial "cherry on top" was to find the bin I used in my home office packed in one large box still with the paper trash left in the bin! I paid for my own rubbish to be transported from Scotland to Madrid!! Empty plastic boxes were packed alone in the large cardboard boxes supplied. Again, yes, I was paying per volume. Unfortunately, like others who have left reviews, the ombudsman sided with the company. I inquired with a litigation solicitor but simply did not want anything further to do with this company, so chose not to go that route. I don't understand how Clockwork can maintain the BAR rating. My only recourse is to write this review with hopes that I will save somebody the tremendous hassle of using Clockwork for removal service. So PLEASE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY even for a removal next door. Something will be broken, lost or damaged and you'll never hear from them. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a company with good results and good feedback. Unfortunately, this review system requires that I leave at least one star. If I could, I would leave Clockwork ten negative stars. Incidentally, I have plenty of photos if you'd like to see what happens to your personal goods if you use this company, or if you'd simply like to see office rubbish that travelled from Scotland to Madrid, safely tucked away in its own bin!

The gentlemen who did My removals were excellent very friendly and hard working the only quibble I have is that one of my bowls was broken but it was from the charity shop but a victorian china watering can never came to light just the broken handle!!!! apart from that they were amazing!!!!
