From the initial survey onwards I felt they were efficient and competent, and that proved to be the case when it came to the move itself. A very friendly and energetic team of men, and they took good care especially of all the more fragile/delicate items - no breakages at all. A couple of tall Billy bookcases couldn't bend round a tight corner and had to be taken apart and reassembled, and though in theory I could have done it myself eventually, it wouldn't have happened for weeks, and the reassembly was done for me as a kindness that was much appreciated. (I am now 90.)

The team were amazing, friendly quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.

From initial contact everyone was helpful and friendly. They kept me well informed and were always pleasant when dealing with any queries or requests. On moving day the guys went out of their way to make the move less stressful by remaining upbeat and super efficient. All my furniture and belongings were handled with care and everything was delivered safely.

The guys doing the move were great. Polite and efficient. Everything was moved with no issues.
The only thing that could have improved the whole process was better communication. I had agreed when asked to move the time of my move but had to chase up that time. All I needed was an email confirming the new time.

Pre-packing the day before moving was really great! Really careful yet efficient.
On the day moving was really good too, however a two pieces of furniture were broken and I feel one of those was avoidable the other perhaps just unlucky - main electronics were very safe though.

I think a confirmation text/email a day or so before the move would add to the assurance of the experience.

Do not go with what this company tell you. I had a move last week and it was atrocious. Pack up was fine but items came back dirty, unwrapped and in some cases scuffed. The worst part though was the fact they sent 2 young boys to unload a van for a 3 bedroom house. One of the team wouldn’t come off the van so if I didn’t have my brother and friend with me the van wouldn’t have been emptied. For the money I paid it’s a joke that we had to unload ourselves. We also had to put wardrobes and couches together ourselves as the two boys spent all their time trying to find bed parts they had packed away. Absolutely not worth the money. Also will hit you for charges wherever they can. Unscrupulous actions, no compassion and service you’d expect from man with a van. In fact, that’s unfair, go with a man with a van, 10 times better than this mob. Don’t go with the sterling reviews they ask the good removal customers to fill out, dig a little deeper. Funny, I wasn’t asked to complete one but happy to be the honest voice that highlights yet another big companies poor customer service and lack of care. They do not offer anywhere near what they claim. Avoid!

Even worse is the disingenuousness of the reply. Pure corporate speak to try and cover what was a shambles. I can confirm not everything was wrapped and can provide pictures of scuffed, scratched and damaged items. Your office person told me a 4 man crew was arriving as confirmed by the two boys on site. One refused to come off the van. How would one person carry in large furniture themselves. You note the bed was assembled, incorrectly and with parts missing. No mention of the wardrobes and couches put together by me and the people with me. You claim the move will be hassle free, it was anything but. I’ve used far smaller companies who were far better and more professional than this lot. The fact you claim to have investigated when this response is likely from the manager I spoke to in person and wouldn’t listen to the complaint says a lot. More interested in what your reputation is online than the truth about your absolute lack of customer service, honesty, integrity and professionalism. I repeat, look into other companies than this one as the experience was awful and the fact they rebuff your genuine concerns says all it needs to about their desire to do a good job.

After making an online enquiry, Wayne took the time and effort to come & view my property in person. The appointment wasn’t rushed, it was professional, detailed and an excellent start to the experience.

Crystal in the office was a star! Super friendly, reassuring and so helpful, a true professional and delight to correspond with, nothing was an issue.

The team on the team, absolutely fantastic. Dean, William, Harry & Gibby arrived with the best energy. Immediately introducing themselves, big smiles and warm handshakes. They made the entire experience lots of fun, they were super careful, very respectful and efficient with the move, again, nothing was a problem.

Even with big delays on the day (due to key exchange) the high energy, smiles and patience remained.

Needed assistance with heavy, expensive office equipment move. Clockwork had great communication and arrived exactly when they said they would. Clear costs and quick process. Would definitely recommend!

Have used Clockwork removals twice in the last 2 yrs and both times they have been very professional and competitive on price. They came and assessed the job to be done and quoted within a couple of days and the crew that actually did the removals were extremely courteous and helpful and did a perfect job.. would definitely recommend them and would certainly use them again although hopefully it will be a bit longer this time..!!

Clockwork has been wonderfully helpful in organising and providing long distance transport (Edinburgh to Winchester) for a new exhibit at our museum. Having been recommended to us, we would be happy to recommend Clockwork and very confident in contracting their services again

Removal men were friendly and extremely helpful as I am 72 and recently had 2 hip replacements they made the move easy for me.

The guys were courteous and professional. They got on with the job.
