Bought a beautiful necklace from the outlet. Can’t understand the other negative reviews. Quick shipping, and necklace in it’s presentation box.

I ordered a bracelet for myself with money I’d received for my birthday. I wanted a special piece of jewellery with my birth stone. The bracelet I chose looked lovely online & was reduced in the sale so I ordered it. When it arrived I couldn’t believe how it looked! So tiny & looked like something you’d get in a Christmas cracker! It was still expensive even with the sale price and wouldn’t have minded if it was worth it. Decided straight away I was returning it only to discover that you need to pay to return! Absolutely shocking that they’re allowed to sell this rubbish & make you pay to return it!

Had a gift of earrings and pendant - expensive and absolute rubbish. Silver has tarnished more than any other jewellery i have ever seen, has pearls in and cannot be cleaned with damaging them. I dont use cosmetics, hairspray or perfume and still after a few months, whilst having to Polish them weekly...they have not just tarnished, but have discoloured. Nothing good to say about them.

Necklace arrived, small but pretty. Unfortunately bank account got hacked during process and have had an absolutely horrendous time.

Ordered a bracelet from Clogau Outlet — pretty but badly designed, the gold kept flipping over. Returned it at their Merthyr store for a replacement, (replaced with the Nos Da Bracelet, to be delivered to my home), but heard nothing. Emailed for a receipt, still no reply for a week. Only after chasing did I get an email saying they had to “wait to check.”

Very poor communication and disappointing service. order number #67529

Been after this watch for long time arrived today. Disappointed as has fiddly catch which I finally worked out. However still struggling to work out how to adjust size. May have to return.

Edited Review: My item arrived today after a hiccup in dispatching, wow! Beautiful ring in a gorgeous presentation box complete with separate cleaning cloth, I too was apprehensive as the outlet has lot's of negative reviews, BUT it is a genuine website & couldn't be happier with my purchase, would use again.

In 2023 I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughters birthday from their online department. 6 months down the line the stone fell out of one of them, so we took them to one of the outlet stores to return them.

They sent them back and we received a new pair. I was really happy with our treatment and decided to buy the necklace to match, ready for my daughters next birthday.

Last month the stone fell out of the earrings once again. This time when we took them back we asked for a refund for both the earrings and the necklace, as it was obvious that there was a design flaw.

The outlet sent them back once again.

I waited for my refund, but none was forthcoming. So I rang Clogau, who said that they couldn't find the original order, so I would have to find the original paperwork to receive a refund, because they wouldn't know where to refund the money to, plus they could only offer me a voucher for the necklace as it was past its return date.

I asked why I would want a voucher to buy more jewelry from them when I'm not happy with the jewellery I'd already purchased.

I'm so disappointed. Please be warned, Clogau finds excuses not to refund.

I bought a signet ring for my partner, it arrived promptly and well packed.
Lovely item, I’m very pleased with it.

A few notes:
They offer engraving at £15, however being nearly £1000 sale price I wanted a some examples of engraving (font/size if this would be on the front or inside the ring, etc) as this would make it non returnable. Customer service couldn’t provide any which was a shame.
There isn’t any dimension/weight information on the website so it was a bit of a gamble what I was going to get.
Also the shipping updates are very lacking, I don’t think I got a dispatch notification, but they do provide tracking numbers if you go to the site. Arrived by Royal Mail special delivery with no issues.

Ordered on Friday and received item on Tuesday (and it was a BH weekend). Very impressed!

I bought my son a leather bracelet with a silver and gold clasp from this place at a cost of around £99, and that was in the sale so thank goodness I didn't pay full price. It was a Christmas present and a going away present as he left for Australia on the 28th of December 2023. He wore the bracelet for less than 3 months and it broke! The leather end separated from the silver clasp so not wearable. Of course I contacted clogau who asked me to return it, as it's in Australia that won't be possible. What a waste of my money and a disappointment for my son who wore the bracelet for such a short time. I say save your money or spend it on something that is quality jewellery not this crap!

Ordered items some time ago, kept checking the order information and it never showed as being processed or shipped so contacted the customer services. Well that was a waste of time as they never responded back to me. I was left with no other option other than to cancel the order, and this is still showing as processing the cancellation. I don’t have the items and I still don’t have my money back. This is terrible customer service and I would advise people to avoid this company, unless you want to be out of pocket and want to be ignored by customers services!

Be very careful when buying from this company.
They highlight items are available in all sizes on their site then nothing is available.

Perfect item 10/10 beautiful ring and delivery

After seeing the reviews I was a little bit wary of purchasing from this website, so I contacted the official Clogau company to make sure that this outlet website is genuine, they confirmed it was and that's where they sell all their reduced items. I ordered a beautiful bracelet on the Wednesday and it was with me by Friday. It's stunning, my sister will be thrilled. I recommend ordering a gift bag also, it's a lovely finishing touch.

The ring I received was faulty and despite repeated messages to customer services I have been ignored.

This site is not real, do not buy from them, they will take your money and not send the product… customer services do not respond.

I bought some charm-beads for a relative. They were lovely, and greatly apprechiated by their recipient who owns a pandora bracelet but no charms.
This company is owned by Clogau as far as I can tell and they stock end-of-line products from Clogau with all the usual gaurentees and warranties you'd expect.
