Ordered my Ugg boots in the Black Friday sale, they were due to be delivered the next day. They did not arrive and so I contacted Cloggs who advised me that due to high demand there would be a one day delay on my delivery. Lo and behold they did not arrive in the next few days. I contacted Cloggs again who after looking into it said that the boots had got lost in transit and they no longer had them in stock. So I had a full refund. The boots have now gone back up to full price and I cannot now afford them. I wish I would have ordered them from the Ugg store. I would use Cloggs with caution.

Fast delivery, next day! Exchanges are slow in comparison. When the have received the item it is slow to dispatch the new item, this is certainly not next day! Customer services could not give me detailed information. Wish I'd bought them from a real shop!!!!

I ordered shoes from Cloggs as I couldn't find my size elsewhere. Surprise surprise they arrived within 48 hours. I would thoroughly recommend this company. Excellent service.

Ordered a pair of converse for my boyfriend. Turns out they were the wrong ones. Returning the item and exchanging them was a piece of cake! Soo happy with the communication and ease of it all, not to mention the great prices!!

I was really please to be sent a discount code for Cloggs as it made the shoes I was interested in an affordable price for my budget. Imagine my disappointment then when I went to check out and found the original price had been increased by £10 since I last looked. A short message to customer services and it was all sorted out with a voucher to make up the difference. Excellent communication and customer service. Shoes arrived next day, free delivery. Well done Cloggs.

tried to return a pair of shoes for exchange as my son didn't like the colour bought for him, Cloggs only allow returns via collect plus, I found a place to take the parcel and after a long trek and wait I was told the bar code was invalid and they couldn't take the parcel. Rang Cloggs and was told they only use Collect plus so told to try another shop, tried a second shop but told the same. Now I need to get Cloggs to issue a new label and start the returns saga again... not great and Cloggs lady on the phone not helpful either. Wouldn't use them again

Ordered my daughter's Hunter wellies and they arrived the following day. Superb service. DPD were excellent couriers kept you informed of exact delivery time via email and text. Great communication. We are thrilled with the service all round - would definitely order again from you. Thank you.

Ordered some Ted Baker boots online from Cloggs. Website was easy to use and delivery was prompt and they came well packaged. Unfortunately the hoots were not suitable. The returns process was very straightforward and I received my refund very promptly. I have been very impressed with the whole process.

I only found this site because I was trying to find this pair of boots in my size - they were out of stock at Ted Baker - but will definitely visit again.

Just ordered some timberland boots (which are ten pound cheaper than anywhere I have seen before) on Friday - the service is fantastic! They came on the Saturday even with free delivery! Amazing service! Really well done! They have an awesome business model and I look forward to shopping with them again!

So i ordered a pair of Joules Wellies for my friends birthday at apx 6.30pm on Weds and the delivery man was knocking my door at 8.40am the following morning! So how good is that... i chose to buy from Cloggs.co.uk due to the fact they were cheaper than others i'd searched by at least £2-£3 and including FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY... so really... its a no brainer!! so don't delay use them today...

I have never ordered from Cloggs before but will always order my DMs from here from now on. The boots arrived the next day and we got a phone call to check that they had arrived and an email as well. During the phone call I explained in passing that the boots were for my daughter's birthday and she would be thrilled with them. Two days later a birthday card arrived for her from Cloggs. We were speechless and so pleased. Thank you for making what could be a very impersonal online experience so much like shopping in a local independent shop. Why anybody would buy shoes from Amazon after this I have no idea!!

People complain a lot these days about bad customer service so it's refreshing to be able to share our story about some amazing customer service...

I'd ordered some boots last week for my wife from cloggs.co.uk and they turned up the next day but there was a problem with the order so i rang their customer service dept and having explained the problem (i also mentioned that the boots were an anniversary gift) the issue was quickly dealt with and having also been offered a discount off a future purchase i was more than satisfied with how they handled it.

Anyway fast forward to today (our anniversary) a card comes through the door that we were not expecting, it's from Cloggs! The card has been signed by the entire customer service team!!!

We were very pleased and would definitely buy from this company again!

ORDER MY PURSES ON SATURDAY EVENING AND THEY ARRIVED TUESDAY MORNING BRILLIANT SERVICE, GREAT PURSES WITH A GREAT PRICE TAG WOULD 100% BUY FOM CLOGGS AGAIN.

I ordered a pair of shoes, received the wrong shoes, was expected to return them before the correct shoes could be sent to me. I feel this wasn't the best customer service solution, I'm a busy person and as they made the mistake why should I be expected to go out of my way to the return the shoes back to them! Im sorry you should have simply sent me the shoes I paid for, I wont be buying from cloggs again.

I Brought a pair of Doc Martins for my partner as a birthday present from Cloggs online. The process was nice and easy and all I had to do was wait for the boots to turn up.

The boots were delivered on the date stated and hidden under the stairs until my Girlfriends Birthday....

I received a phone call from Jodie (Cloggs Customer advisor) to make sure the purchase was ok and the Boots were correct and to make sure I had no issues! I then went on to tell Jodie that the boots were for my Girlfriend and that I hope she liked them!! (She loved them by the way!!) Jodie was very helpful and reassured me that if the Boots were incorrect to send them back and they would get it all sorted asap!!

A few days after the phone call I received a card though the post addressed to Paul's Girlfriends......?? So naturally on my Girlfriends Birthday I gave her the card as I was also very intrigued to who it was from?

The card was from Jodie and her team at Cloggs wishing my Girlfriend a very happy birthday and a great day!!!

All I have to say is a BIG thank you to Jodie and her team for the amazing birthday card and the Best customer Service I have ever received!!

I would definitely recommend anyone to shop with Cloggs online!!
