Scandalosi, più di un mese e mezzo per una spedizione, servizio clienti assente e menefreghista, chiesto per il rimborso neanche degnato di una risposta, imbarazzante.

Esperienza assolutamente negativa.
Ho ordinato due paia di scarpe n. 47. L’ordine è arrivato(molto in ritardo ) e le scarpe sono n.46. Da lì non mi hanno più risposto. Mi hanno chiesto la foto della merce per verificare e dopo non si sono fatti più vivi nonostante le mie mail.
Vi invito a non acquistare niente.

This so called company is a nightmare. I placed an order online without reading reviews first (my bad...lessons learned and all that). I immediately emailed support@cloggs requesting cancellation. They said it was cancelled and I should receive my refund in a couple of days. Maddy J assured me via a handful of emails that it was cancelled and they refunded my card. Which never happened!

15 days later I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company and then low and behold they charged my credit card again! Apparently I signed up for some kind of subscription....which I do NOT recall doing at all (beware of a small ticked box). Another dispute put through to block the company. Needless to say I will be much more careful in the future.

I’m warning you – don’t even think about trying this brand. It’s a complete scam.

I placed an order a month and a half ago, and I still haven’t received anything. On top of that, they charged my card again for some kind of subscription I never agreed to. They kept my payment info and took more money without my consent.

I’ve sent dozens of emails, and all I ever get back is a copy-pasted automated response. No real support. No refund. Nothing. It’s like they’re mocking me.

Please, I beg you – stay away. Don’t fall for this like I did. They take your money and disappear. I honestly hope this company goes bankrupt for what they’re doing to people.

Avoid this brand at all costs. Forget about them. Run.

Don’t buy anything from there, its a scam! They have the most awful quality and plus they wont reply your mails of return requests. Secondly the most disgusting thing is that they have used my credit card info thrice and deducted the money out of it.

TRUST ME, SHEIN clogs would be more comfortable than these and the customer service is TERRIBLE. I have been trying to get a refund for about two months and they still did not send it. They sent me another pair of freaking shoes that are the most uncomfortable shoes to wear. Don’t do it to yourself. Do not buy from this company.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Shotty workmanship. They will not accept returns on "sale" items. Their entire site is "on sale." I ordered Decmber 1st for a Christmas gift, didn't receive until January. Horrible company.

I wish I saw these reviews before I made this purchase. I ordered a men's 10.5 and they are surely 2 sizes too small. From the reviews, it will be a waste of time to try to return!

Buyer beware I purchased fine and I ordered the size that I needed because that's the shoe size I wear and they came and they don't fit I contacted them to try to return them and they say they don't do Returns on sale items. What kind of establishment is this they certainly do not have good customer service. Size is one thing the quality is another very poor quality and they smelled horrible I had to leave them outside of the house.

Ordered 2 pairs of clogs for my son for Christmas 2024 on 11/30/24. As of January 6th still nothing. Has a tracking number that keeps saying they are in transit. When I finally did get them they are not "suede" as described, but some kind of material i can only describe as cardboard and were 2 inches too short for the size ordered. Contacted customer service to return and was sent an email back stating they were not accepting returns at this time. i got 2 pairs of clogs that not even a dollar store would sell for $70. Total ripoff....but i will make sure they get at least $70 in bad publicity from the deal!

All the negative reviews are correct!!
I finally received my 2 pairs of clog shoes today after waiting for 15 days. These are the poorest quality shoes I have ever seen. The shoes are as thin as a piece of noteboook paper. They also have a caustic smell to them along with a huge crease down the center of one of the shoes. The company responded to only 1 of my 3 emails. Horrible customer service!!
Mandy did not return my other emails.
I have asked for a refund, but as the others have pointed out in the other reviews, the company does NOT refund sale items. K.H.

Don’t buy!!! Really crappy quality, almost as if it’s made from construction paper. And the whole website is always “on sale” meaning when you try to return something they won’t accept it due to their return policy of not being able to accept returns on sale items. Save your money and look for a different brand

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is a scam. They send you a poor quality shoe that looks nothing like the website and it takes so long to deliver. I reached out for a return just like the website says it takes returns and they don’t actually take returns. So again this is a scam don’t order from them.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. Took a month to deliver and the quality is so cheap and they have a deformed shape. I have been going back and forth via email with support for weeks because they take days to respond and don’t have a phone number….for them to tell me I cannot return them and no refund. Now I have a POS shoe that cost $40. Terrible company DO NOT BUY THESE

i ordered 2 pair n the quality of the product was cheap and when i inquired about a refund for $60 they said they would not refund me my money we have been going back b forth about this for like 2 weeks w Maddy J i would not recommend you order w this company as the items shown on the website is not what you receive horrible quality to match the horrible customer service now im stuck with some cheap looking clogs could’ve got a better pair from the dollar store n now im out $60 i am also reporting them to the BBB do not shop with Cloggs.com

I ordered a pair of Clogg sandals a over a month ago and still haven’t received them…tracking says they are waiting with a label somewhere in New Jersey for the sandals to arrive…meanwhile I have sent 4 emails addressing this issue with”Mandy” the customer service rep who has emailed and said they are addressing the issue and will get them to me shortly…what a racket..,I don’t know what steps to take moving forward since there seems to be no way to get on a phone with them
Anyone able to touch base or get product they ordered…SOS help!

Terrible business. They said my order shipped a week ago and it still hasn’t been picked up by the carrier. Emailed several times with no response, asked for a refund and nothing. Don’t trust them

THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. WILL SEND YOU A COMPLETELY USED TORN AND WRONG SIZED PAIR AND THEN REFUSE REFUND. THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND IGNORE YOUR REQUESTS.

I sent an email to customer services regarding a number of faulty shoes which I had received which were scratched and had faded. This email was sent more than a week and a half ago. I sent another email a few days ago to chases this up and have yet to receive a response. I definitely will not be ordering from this website again after this experience. I hope somebody from Cloggs reads this and sends a response to my emails.

I am confused by all the negative reviews. I placed 2 orders, 1 on 18.3.18 and 1 on 23.3.18.
1st order was delivered with all items I ordered, some of which I returned which was swiftly refunded. 2nd order was slightly late to be delivered but got an email to say only part of the order will be delivered which I received a few days later. I did get a bit worried for the rest of the order and wether I would receive it or be refunded after seeing on the website that they ceased trading. But I just received refund for the other part of the order which was out of stock. So had absolutely no problems at all.
