Months of silence and no accountability

My experience with CloudTask has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent. I completed interviews and submitted several videos requesting updates to my profile, but nothing was updated. I also repeatedly tried to contact Daniel Agudelo and Jessica. They would tell me they were going to get back to me shortly, but then I wouldn’t hear anything for two or three months.

Candidates invest real time in interviews, videos, and profile preparation. Being repeatedly promised a response and then ignored for months feels unprofessional and disrespectful. The process lacks communication, consistency, and accountability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CloudTask unless they seriously improve how they communicate with candidates and maintain their profiles.

Great team. Amir is the most proactive, experienced expert in LATAM hiring I've ever worked with. The candidates are well trained, profiles are detailed and videos help narrow down the decision even before the interview.

CloudTask team is awesome. We needed to hire great people fast and CloudTask was the solution. They helped us build a team of Account Managers and AI engineers to help us scale our delivery and management service. They got the job done and were a pleasure to work with.

Not only great for SDRs, but they have excellent Account Managers and Account Executive talent.

CloudTask is a great place to find sales Marketing and Customer success staff for anyone looking to hire remote staff.

CloudTask's understanding is unique - of talent, of GTM team needs. The way they navigate the real needs of their talent partners (customers) to get the best people in seat who deliver onshore outcomes at offshore rates totally sets them apart, IMO.
