Bought HPOP lines. Started out very happy. Within 1 year of install one failed. After talking to customer service they told me tough luck and they have enough buisness they do not care about the little man.

i emailed them about changing to faster shipping, they made it very easy by calling me forward instead of emailing back and forth. fixed my shipping times for me and shipped same day. 5 star for customer service and quality of the part

Bought a stage 1hpop for my 7.3l power stroke and with in 200miles started leaking took care of me that time but with in 3,000miles the same problem one day out of warranty and they told me I can fix the problem myself. Do not recommend

I had put a post on facebook asking for help for my old 7.3, the owner of the company replied to my comment offering help. He offered advise and walked me through the entire process showing me the parts that would work well at a reasonable price. Just don’t see that type of customer service anymore in todays world. Anyone looking for knowledgeable help with there 7.3 should contact them before buying anywhere else.

Received my Early 6.0 powerstroke Stage 1 HPOP one week ago. I was told it would take 3 weeks to deliver when I ordered, but it actually took 4 weeks. Hence the 4 stars. I installed the pump, assembled the engine, poured 2 qts of oil down the standpipe hole in the filter housing. Then put the standpipe and filter back in. Cranked the engine for 20 seconds 3 times with the ignition off, using the ignition wire thats on the passenger side of the engine to start and touching it to the battery positive post. Allowing 10 minutes for starter cooling each time. Then cranked the engine with the ignition key and it fired right up and never looked back. Been running great ever since. Thank you CNC FAB for a great HPOP.

I had a very complex part to make for a prototype car that I am building for my son. No company wanted to take on this task until I found CNC fabrication. They performed the service quickly and professionally. I was very pleased.

I ordered a set of HPOP lines with the Crossover hose for my 7.3 and selected 2nd day ground for shipping. Within an hour I received a call to inform me that the method of shipping I selected wouldn’t come in till the next week (ordered on a Thursday) and for the same price they could send it out Priority mail and get it to me either Friday or Saturday. There’s not a lot of companies out there that would go out of there way to help you get your parts to you faster. The lines fit perfect and stopped my leaks and got rid of the stupid Ford SCT fittings. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing parts for their 7.3!
