Confusing, unreliable, and extremely disappointing experience.
I placed an order on April 26 and received a “your order is on the way” email on April 29, but there was never any tracking movement. When I contacted customer service, I was told the package was lost—something no one informed me about proactively.
What made the situation even worse is that I later received two completely conflicting emails: one stating that my order was refunded, and another saying the item had been shipped. I did not request a cancellation, return, or refund at any point, which makes this even more concerning.
Customer service failed to provide a clear explanation of what actually happened. Instead of taking responsibility, there was no real attempt to resolve the issue—no replacement, no expedited shipping, no compensation, not even a simple gesture like a discount code.
This item was a time-sensitive gift, and due to this lack of organization and communication, I now have to find an alternative at the last minute.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, this level of service is unacceptable. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and no customer care. I would strongly reconsider ordering from here, especially if timing matters.
