Coachscanner were reliable, informative and helpful through the whole booking process. It is difficult to find a company who are so attentive for the customers needs. I would look to book them for future trips.

A brilliant website allowing me to get an instant quote, I haven't seen that anywhere else. Alongside that a reasonable price as well.

I used them to get to Brighton with my bowling team, the coach was about fifteen minutes late but I believe that is the fault of the driver, not coach scanner, he apologised on their behalf. Otherwise, a smooth journey down and a good experience with Coach Scanner. I will be using them again soon.

I used coach scanner in October to go to-and-fro Bristol from London.
The site has a really helpful feature of letting you see an instant quote price for the trip. I thought the price was very reasonable so booked away.

The coach came on time and got us to Bristol at a very reasonable time. All in all a brilliant service and I would highly recommend it!

Booked through coach scanner for a trip I organised for the scouts. The coach was really tidy and comfortable plus the driver was friendly. Josh was very helpful when having to book the bus. Highly recommend.

Great service , great people

We hired this coach in September to travel as a large group. On the return journey, we were advised the coach would be delayed an hour due to a flat tyre. After this time had passed, I was told it should be completed within the next hour and we will be collected. This continued to happen until early afternoon. After speaking with the company and the driver directly this wasn't getting resolved. The Driver then told me the tyre had not yet been looked at, although the coach company said it is ready to go. After waiting several hours, a smaller coach was sent to us to be taken to the broken down coach on the chance that by time we got there it would "hopefully" have been fixed. This was a huge inconvenience,and there was no point of contact for this. I raised a complaint several times prior to this review however I still haven't received any further correspondence. The coach was very unclean with a smashed glass all over the back seats. Please bear this in mind when reviewing this company as this made the trip very negative due to the service received.

CoachScanner provided us with a reliable coach company who was on time and took us to our several destinations. Thank you Dan for being patient with us whilst we planned our trip. Thank you Cavendish for your reliable and friendly service. After reading some not so good reviews about coachscanner, I kept calling to ask different questions and you patiently answered them all. I will definitely use these companies again

I wrote them different mails, I only got an answer at the beginning in order to pay for my deposit and a few days before our trip in order to ask for the balance. Between those two emails, they never replied to any of mine requiring for more detailed information or when telling them that our outbound flight time had been changed, for instance. I was taking a party of 40 people and wanted to make sure that everything was ok, so I felt absolutely let down and had to hire another coach. Although being completely their fault and not ours due to their lack of professionalism, we never got our deposit back. Do not trust them and not even any positive comment that you might find on the web. They probably wrote it themselves.

Thanks for a great service. We couldn't of asked for anymore, We got picked up at Manchester Airport going to Liverpool city centre, Driver was waiting for us on arrival and bang on time to pick us up to drop us back to Manchester. Not one bit of hassle and would definitely book again.

Do not use this company - they provide a substandard service and it is impossible to get any compensation from them. We booked two coaches for a day trip to the beach for a group of vulnerable women and children (the only summer holiday they get) and the coaches had no air con and the toilets were broken on one of the hottest days of the year. The second coach also broke down on a dual carriageway on the way back and we had to call the police to come and help evacuate the women and kids. Hiring the coaches was a very substantial cost out of a small charity budget - six months later and no sign of any compensation. substantail

We booked a coach through Coach Scanner to go to the races, we paid our deposit and got a receipt to confirm Goldenhawk Travel would be our operator. Initially we wanted a 20 seater but increased it to a 22 seater but had to pay £25 more. On the day a white vehicle turned up and the driver confirmed he had been asked to do the job by Goldenhawk Travel, so not the company we had booked with. It was only a 20 seater and the driver converted it to a 22 by squashing 2 temporary seats at the back with very little leg room. The guy in all fairness was brilliant and was on time both taking us and bringing us back but to say we felt cheated was an understatement. When I complained Coach Scanner informed me that Goldenhawk Travel would give us £23 compensation, Coach Scanner refused to give us anything despite our arrangement being with them. They were also unreliable returning phone calls and left me having to make all the running. Not a good experience and for Coach Scanner to put all the blame on Goldenhawk I thought was cheap with no regard for the customer, I would certainly think twice about using them again.
