Fully positive experience
The straight forward ordering process included customer selection of delivery date, which the alternative supplier doesn't provide. This was followed up by a phone call to confirm the date and local accessibility. On the day, the driver was equipment with a powered trolley lift which made moving a 1 ton load much easier than my previous experience of manual trolley jacks. The load itself was very well wrapped against possible rain and to aid load stability. Absolutely nothing negative about the whole experience.

I found their prise very competitive for the same product I have been purchasing over recent years. Upon dealing with coal drop, my first impression of their website were very encouraging.
