Surtout ne commandez pas sur ce site. C’est une arnaque et leur publicité est mensongère. J’ai payé 57€ pour un kit qui n’a donné aucun résultat blancheur mais qui m’a valu une gingivite. On ne peut les joindre que par mail et ils ne répondent pas. C’est honteux!!

J'ai reçu un produit défectueux, il manque une petite ampoule sur l'appareil qui émet de la lumière bleue, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails vu qu'ils ne sont pas joignable au téléphone. Cela fait 2 semaines que je n'ai pas de réponse. En plus ça fonctionne en aucun cas leurs produits .. les avis sur leur site sont complètement faux..

Une grosse arnaque ! J'ai dépensé 74€ au total pour n'avoir aucun résultat en retour. Ils parlent de garantie blancheur ou de remboursement si ce n'est pas le cas, et personne n'a jamais répondu a mes mails ! Je déconseille !

Moi aussi je me suis fait arnaquer: j ai acheter un kit, le montant a été débité immadiatement, je n ai jamais rien reçu, ni kit, ni message d envoi, ni réponse aux divers mails envoyés. Comment se faire rembourser? Faut il s asseoir définitivement sur notre argent? Peut on les dénoncer? Où?

Dommage qu’on ne puisse mettre 0 . Cette société est une arnaque! Toujours aucune nouvelle de mon remboursement,ne répondent pas à mes emails, n’ont aucun autre moyen de les joindre. Ils suppriment les avis négatifs sur Instagram puis desactivent leur page pour ne plus avoir de détracteurs. Ils ferrent les clients par des liens sponsorisés, émettent de faux avis positifs et lorsqu’ils ont eu votre argent n’ont plus aucune considération pour leurs clients. Fuyez.

C’est une arnaque! Kit payé mais jamais reçu, le sav n’existe pas! Malgré plusieurs relance, cet entreprise n’est active que sur les réseaux sociaux et ne cherchez pas d’avis négatifs car ils les supprime de leurs publications.
C’est une honte, ne vous faites pas avoir.

I’ve searched Companies House for these guys. For those that don’t know, Companies House is the government department where companies in the U.K. are registered. You may find this useful in the future.
Cocolab Smile are a Limited Liability Partnership registered to 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, but the partners Adrien Potier (who you probably get endless spam from) and Etienne Gelas both live in Andorra which for those of you who don’t know is a tiny little country used as a tax haven in between Spain and France. Originally they started as Cocolab Ltd which was incorporated in March 2019 but dissolved in December 2020 before they had filed any accounts with Companies House. Just from this information alone I would suspect that these guys are massive scammers. I am willing to bet that before long they will dissolve their LLP and begin trading under a different name.
Anyway, now that is out of the way, I will start on my own experience. I have ordered a product through these jokers. A week ago today in fact. Fortunately I did it through Klarna and they will not release the money until they have processed the order, which they still have not done. For those of you who paid on your credit or debit cards I feel sorry for you if you’re in the same situation because the money will already be gone from your account. It does not take a week to process an order. Even by the script on their own website they purport that they will process within a few working days….
I sent them an email to the email address listed on their website. They say they will get back to you in 2 working days. Still no response and this was Tuesday… just more automated emails from Adrien….
I suspect from my own experience and the other reviews here on trust pilot that these guys are indeed scammers. They take your money for products that they neither have nor have the ability to obtain, you will not get refunded, and they will pocket the cash and dissolve their business entirely tax free. The best thing you can do with these fools is report them en masse to Companies House and have them investigated. Best of luck

Scammers. Order from 3 wks ago not shipped, they blocked me on instagram, not responding to my emails. Im reporting them to trading standards and started claiming my money from amex. I paid for 2 kits and a refill. Feel so stipid

Produits sans résultat aucun, un service clients sans scrupule, il faut éviter, AUCUN REMBOURSEMENT, c’est faux, ils ne font rien, j’ai alerté le département des fraudes de la DGCCRF

Vraiment très déçue. J’ai commandé un truc une fois et maintenant ils me débitent toutes les 3 semaines en m’envoyant des colis que je ne commande même pas et cela fait plusieurs mois que j’essaye de faire le nécessaire pour ne plus rien recevoir mais rien ne se passe ! Ils ne prennent pas en compte mes mails pour arrêter tout ça et n’ont aucun numéro de service client pour les contacter. Une belle arnaque ce truc vraiment

Avoid this people. Purchased charcoal toothpaste 3 weeks ago and nothing. Worst customer services because you can't call them. When you click on contact us of course the page come as an error. Left message on the website and no answers. When you sell goods but you haven't got any in stock you are just a crook. Asked for a refund 3 time and still nothing.
Big scam. the head office shown on the website is based in France but it's a secondary address??? all the main business is based in London but they are telling you that since the Brexit they've got issues with transport. Absolute lie. Be careful and buy the equivalent cheaper somewhere else.

N'achetez rien venant de cette compagnie. Ce sont juste des escrocs. Aucune communication possible avec eux. Sur leur site l'adresse de ces escrocs a base a Lyon mais ce n'est qu'une adresse. Il n'y a rien du tout et toutes les operations ce font a Londres. Achetez ailleurs et a moins chers.

Let me start by saying that I was super motivated and excited to receive the numerous products I ordered - they offer a free 2-3 day deliver for orders above a certain amount. 10 days later - I still haven’t received my package - but an email stating that they are victims of their own success and hence they have delays... I reply saying there is no problem with that but that I will move away in 7 days - hence I would need to receive the order before that day. I get a nice answer saying that I shouldn’t worry - it will be all shipped within the next day and hence should arrive ahead of my moving. 2 days before moving - I ask again - where is the package? Well the package hasn’t been sent.
I asked for a solution - so far I haven’t received one.

Avoid! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Made an order for my girlfriends birthday and they never even sent it! After sending several emails I got no reply. If anyone else has this problem try give them a message on Instagram that’s where I had more luck. They were actually quiet helpful which gave me some optimism

After messaging on Instagram I got an email immediately apologising saying they were victims of their own success and were out of white strips and said that they were expecting a restock midweek and once it came in they would send ASAP

Well guess what they didn’t. So after about a week I messaged them asking for a refund and no reply so I waited a day or 2 then send another email and you guessed it no reply

So I sent another message on IG asking for my refund but this time they were not as helpful and just said that they don’t have access to the information because they’re not apart of the after sales team which was funny because the first time they dealt with it right away

So after all this I didn’t even bother message again and just called my bank to start the process of them getting my money back for me.

Then a few days after I did get a message from coco lab once again apologising but this time telling me that the tooth brush was out of stock. You couldn’t make it up. They said they could send my order without the tooth brush and they would give me £10 of my next order. Like as if I would order off of them again. So I refused and demanded a refund and told them that my bank had started the process

After this a few days past and I got a reply telling me my refund was being processed and would take up to 5 business days. I got it within a couple of days. About 5 weeks after making the order.

So if you’re reading this steer clear!

Tres déçue, ne respect pas le remboursement même après avoir prouvé que rien ne fonctionne. GROSSE ARNAQUE !

Même retour d’expérience que vous autre.
La garantie remboursement est une pure ARNAQUE. leurs produits sont vraiment très cheap, et qui fragilise l’émail de vos dents.
J’ai ouvert un litige PayPal, pour les obliger à respecter leurs obligations. Et si ça ne suffit pas je déposerais plainte auprès de la répression des fraudes, ce genre de pratiques doivent simplement CESSER.
Lorsque l’on promet un service on se doit de la respecter.

Idem que Laura. Promesse de garantie blancheur = mensonge. J’ai envoyé correctement tout ce qu’il fallait pour le remboursement puisque je n’ai eu aucun résultat, photos à l’appui. Et en plus, une fragilisation en prime. Premier mail donc je demande la garantie blancheur, on me répond qu’il leur faut aussi la photo du produit. Je leur envoie et on me propose un stylo blancheur gratuit pour compenser l’échec total du produit. Cela n’a pas marché avec un kit alors je ne vois pas pourquoi avec un stylo supplémentaire ça va fonctionner. Donc évidement je refuse, sa ne sert a rien de continuer à le faire alors que sa ne fonctionne pas et que sa fragilise. Et bien sûr aucune réponse depuis. Après 1 relance, toujours rien, pour une équipe qui répondait dans les 10min pour les premier mail...
Une belle grosse arnaque que je ne me priverais pas de signaler sur divers site et réseaux sociaux !!

Really poor quality product that apparently offers whiter teeth or your money back but then doesn’t reply to your complaint or offer a refund when the product fails. Save your money and find a company which genuinely good feedback. Sadly this one is a complete let down.

Scam artists.

I bought some toothpaste to tryout and they've since been charging my card every two weeks and sending toothpaste every two weeks.

I've contacted them and they said I signed up for it and should go on to my profile and change the settings.

Their website does not recognize my email. There is no contact number, instant messaging never reply's, email contact stopped.

This is a blatant scam company. Do not send your credit card details or you'll be sorry.
