We recently had a Daikin Ducted Refrigerated System installed by Coldflow. We had an excellent experience from our initial quote to the final installation and the after care we received. A pleasant and honest team to deal with. Our home now has the perfect solution and we're eternally grateful for the efforts of Coldflow. A particular thanks to Tom, Jodie and Daniel for their excellent customer service and workmanship. We highly recommend Coldflow for all your heating and cooling needs, and we will recommend them to all our family and friends!

Very good experience with Shannon the sales Engineer. I am building a very large, and compliaced home. Shannon was able to design a Daikin VRV system, which no other company could achieve. My outcome is fantastic, i am very pleased with the results.

Yesterday i changed my old gas ducted heating changed over to a central Daikin heating and cooling system. From the start to end the experience was very simple. Had salesman came to my home, did a detailed quote, explained the full process. Within 8 days my system was installed by some very good installers. Installers explained the full process. System was up and running after a big day. Electrician came a bit late, but he was excellent. Overall very good, will get maintenance done by Coldflow. Also got a good government rebate, savings me almost $5000

I have been using Coldflow for years. I have found them a responsive & trustworthy family business.

Purchased 2 coolers and a heater from Coldflow. Installed and connected but not working. Waited for us to discover unit not working and as payment had already been made refused to come back & start system. Both installer & electrician diagnosed over the phone that equipment was faulty?
Supplier Seeley international came out and connected in 5 minutes!
Plenty of choices in air conditioning but do not choose Coldflow as they are dodgy as.
