Cole & Son

I ordered some wallpaper samples so that I could see the texture of the wallpaper and the colour, expecting to receive a cut out of the wallpaper, because how else would you get to see that otherwise. But no, I got a printout of their wallpaper, I could have just done that myself and printed it at home. They charge £3 per sample for just a print out. I feel robbed, that is really not what I expected to receive from Cole & Son. The envelope the samples came in is nicer and more luxurious than their samples. Really disappointing.

They make nice wallpaper but I needed a colour match in paint so emailed to ask if they have a RAL or Pantone code that might match. They “aim to respond to queries in 24hours”. 10 days later - still no response to my query
