Øv øv øv.
Jeg har hele min voksen liv, været mega glad for at bruge Colgate tandtråd, men den nye Colgate tandtråd er under alt kritik. Den er tyk og sidder fast imellem tænderne og flosser når man så prøver og få den ud. Øv øv øv siger jeg og håber de kommer tilbage på sporet. Hvorfor ændre på noget der fungerer.

Mi opinión sobre la caja de Colgate es que es muy mala ya que es mucha contaminación para el medio ambiente

He comprado un cepillo eléctrico inteligente Connect E1, el cepillo funciona perfectamente pero no hay recambios de cabezales.
Colgate ha dejado de fabricar el cepillo y los recambios de los cabezales no ofreciendo al cliente ninguna solución ni alternativa.
Servicio postventa lamentable y de denuncia !!;

Har været så glad for deres tandtråd, men den nye Colgate pro er simpelthen under al kritik. Der er voks på, den sidder fast mellem mine tænder og den flosser..:( hvorfor ændre på noget der virkede så godt?!?!

Deres nye tandtråd knækker mellem tænderne og skaber løse tråde.

Jeg advarer STÆRKT mod at bruge det.

Es que la gente tiene que saber que la pasta roja esa nueva luminosa white ó cómo se escriba en verdad FUNCIONA!!!! Me da hasta pena decirlo pero yo tenía unas manchas obscuras detrás de los dientes de abajo por tomar tanto ☕ yo soy súper cafetera el caso es que tengo una sola semana de usarla y SIIII te quita las manchas ya están por quitarseme por completo. No lo puedo creer Ya estaba por ir con el dentista porque tengo un trauma de lavarme los dientes siempre Jaja y cada rato... Pero esas manchas horribles me daban asco pero por una cosa y otra no podía ir. Les reitero soy una persona común y corriente. La empresa Colgate no me pagó nada para publicar ésto. Le juro que funciona!!!!!!!! Jaja pruebe la todos van a quedar encantados como yo

We don’t like the blue toothpaste and it’s impossible to know that you are buying it - no information on the box to show that it’s blue
Why don’t I like the blue stuff?- try cleaning up after using it - awful
Customer service - phone numbers don’t work and email submissions?? Are they submitted?- no reply and no indication that they are dealing with complaint.
Strange way to do business!

Sikke noget bras!!! Jeg har brugt Max White i flere år men med den nye ultra er det godt nok slut. Smager dårligt, er meget drøjT i brug, Jeg finder et andet produkt i stedet for! Men ellers var det et super produkt (i noget større tuber).

Dette er et opråb efter længere tids frustrationer:
AJAX er sikkert ikke værre end andre rengøringsmidler, men at der er en åbning på "flasken/beholderen" på 34 mm. er totalt uacceptabelt.
Colgate ved at jo større åbningen er på beholderen er, jo hurtigere bruger kunderne deres produkter.
Dette gå ud over miljøet.
"AJAX er ikke farligt", der er alle mulige miljø mærkater på beholderen.
Det er et godt produkt, men emballagen er ikke i orden.
Colgate, Gør noget ved det, for miljøets skyld

tried to complain to colgate. The phone number doesn't work and their website won't let you submit emails. for such a well know company, I thought better of them but not being able to complain tu such a household name along with its website having incorrect or unusable phone numbers is appalling.

THERE ARE FAR MANY BETTER TOOTHPASTE
BRAND OUT THERE SUCH AS ORAL B
WHOSE PRODUCTS MAKE YOUR TEETH
SMELL NICER AND BETTER!.

I bought the toothbrush and
had nothing but problems with it stopping and starting even though it is fully charged. I have emailed them and not received any reply and it is very frustrating please help me

I reported an issue to colgate customer service their response time is moderate but their response is great and offered free samples for a period of 3 months

Colgate max white doesn’t tell you in the cover that the toothpaste is blue, has tiny beads in it so fish can swallow it and your basin looks dirty after every wash. Don’t buy it. Colgate- you can do better. : (

About Colgate Plax Charcoal Mouthwash:
Don't get it on your skin. I will left you with a permanent mark. I tried to get it away with everything. Nothing works! So now i have a permanet "grey spot" next to my mouth..

Vote with your wallets people! I am absolutely disappointed to know that you are using animal testing and therefore this unnecessary and disgusting animal cruelty cannot be tolerated anymore! I have been buying your products for long time, but as soon as I got to know this, I decided not to use your products and switch to brands that do not do this anymore. There are alternatives to avoid it and so many brands are switching to cruelty-free. If you care at all about poor animals and people in general, you should be more considerate, then maybe more customers will come back.

Bought a packet of colgate dental floss, and had to get a pair of scissors out to open the packaging.
