I called customer service to request a new card the representative was very clear to hear because she had NO ACCENT that gets confusing and frustrating. My issue was fixed very quickly. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with this representative.

Can't import transactions from card into budgeting software. Website was substandard. Customer service was deceitful . Phone waits are too long. Does not value customers. Signed up for card to try it out as my mastercard alternative for Costco runs, but cancelling the collabria card after 2 months of disappointments.

This company is horrible, I have never carried a balance and had a couple of big purchases and I paid $7400 in a payment a week ago it shows on the app but still no credit,so I called and was told that it's on hold till the 17th of December because it was an unusually large amount.
So now I'm penalized for paying on time. Garbage!!!!

I had a 9 cents balance on my account and they charged me $87.14 interest. I called to ask why and what I received was yes . That's the interest. That's how credit companies make their money. I went to my credit union where I got signed up and they called on my behalf. They got the same line. How can anyone charge that kind of interest ? DON'T SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Customer service is very bad...actually, it is THE worst of its kind!!!
To begin with, the agents are so hard to understand - I had to ask them to repeat what they just said and even then, I had to ask, could you repeat that again please?
The agents are not even sure of the answer that they are giving you - which proved to be wrong anyway.
I needed a new card reissued because of a fraud charge and I have to wait 7 days to get the replacement card. I was told that it will be sent via courier and when no card showed up, I called again and the agent said that it's because of the Canada Post strike - I reminded him that it was supposed to be sent via courier so why would the Canada Post strike affect it?
I wonder how much training these agents receive if any at all.

They are the worst, support is next to nothing no one knows what is going on. Mixed messaging between departments. Forgot to send me my card for 4 months and wont allow me to use points balance due to their own incompetence. If you were considering getting a card with this company I would seriously consider any other credit card company.

This company is an absolute mess. From the integration between a credit union and Calabria expect the steps to be handled poorly and expect gaps. Expect to likely miss or screw up on a payment due to needing multiple different page directories to use your credit card. With the call centres will help helpful and kind But this has been one of the worst experiences, chewing up, countless hours. I can’t think of a company I would prefer to do business with less if you have a chance or if you do not need to use Calabria, choose an alternative service provider.

Well my card transaction record was moved out of my account and into stupid cardwise where they decided to only save transactions after you register with there stupid website. And worst of all it was disconnected from my quickbooks and they don't have a means to connect with quickbooks so its total garbage. do not get these cards.

Probably one of the worst credit cards to work with. The site never works properly always either under maintenance or some errors on it.

Credit services customers beware: Collabria has deplorable customer service coupled with billing errors and interest rate overages.
In my case, a $35.00 unpaid card amount was charged $4.55 interest which compounded while a dispute was launched. The $35.00 was supposed to be covered by an October, 2024 offer to award a statement credit of the same $35.00 if $350.00 was charged on their VISA during the month of October. The credit was not applied as stated to October's spending but was posted on December 8th, 2024. During the interim, Collabria claimed my account was delinquent and registered a derogatory note on my credit report which caused my score to plummet. All of this because of a dispute over less than $5 of erroneous interest.
I have convinced two members of my household to avoid Collabria and will be informing my Credit Union to seek credit accommodations for the members elsewhere.
Avoid any dealings with Collabria Financial! I'd give zero stars if this was possible within this review.

Paid annual fee, was charged twice, then they reversed the payment, continued to charge us interest after they made the mistake. Told my husband to send them an email to give me permission to access the account so I could resolve the payment error, then they refused to provide assistance after he sent the email. Provided the wrong advice and don't understand how to carry out straight forward tasks and answer questions. Closed our account with the bank that uses them.

Excessively restrictive in rules about usernames and passwords. Most credit card and other companies say to use 10 characters, upper-case/lower-case, etc. Collabria demands 12. Directions for use of online payments are vague. If I make a mistake in passwords, instantly, I can't use that password anymore, nor use any previous ones. (Right now I'm at 14 passwords I can't use due to the above combination of bad directions and super-stiff rules.)

They hired a bunch of LMIA reps who can't speak English, are poorly trained and are not interested in helping you if you run into any issues. These people are barely qualified to serve coffee, and should not be working in a Canadian financial institution.

Stay far away!

Because of a credit card transfer, I paid the balance on the Collabria Credit Card twice. On Monday went to the bank Island Saving as the CC phone Number was having problems, they told the bank that the only way to get the money back ( almost $ 1600 ) was to get the whole amount thru the ATM. When I tried to do that the daily limit was $ 400 , not the full amount as the Bank Teller had been told plus I had to pay the service Fee of $ 3.50 per transaction. So they wouldn't credit my account back, 2nd time I had problem with that card, the U$ Credit card I used to purchase a groupon item which was totally different than the ad and certainly the U$ 50 I paid for, Couldn't get a refund. Totally USELESS Card

Always have trouble with log in and passwords.. big time run around ,spend more time on phone with people who are playing techs! Frustrating as hell ! This is the worst site i've ever seen

Coast credit has always been great to deal with ! Collabria is worthless!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I reached out 5 times (over a period of 1 month +) for the issue I was having and received the same response each time ie. "There is nothing I can do at the moment. You are in que and someone will call you..." No one called me. I then wrote an email and was told they will contact me in 5 days. There was a number in the email for "immediate issues" that I called only to get the exact same person I just spoke with, who was absolutely useless and hard to understand. What a joke!! Stick with the big banks like CIBC who have great customer service.

They had tech problems when they took over the Coast Desjardins visa. Endless calls and emails offering nothing more than wasted time and frustration and no resolve. Then they charge me for it. Yet another evil big business

Have spent the last four months trying to get an invoice, every time I call they direct me to the same page where my e-mail is already written and despite me telling them I’ve already done this one, two,three times. They still just tell me it needs a refresh and that it should be taken care of now. Never has been.

Cardwise tells me my password doesn’t work and when I try to change it, it says that it can’t be the same password.

Even went to my bank to get them to find out how much I owed and to pay it and even they had problems getting it done.

Horrible systems, useless customer service, unable to do anything except tell you how to use the same automated system that already failed.

Needed to cancel 2 credit cards, after getting through the automated menu I had 0 wait times on a Saturday afternoon and the rep was super helpful, no upselling or anything. Simple, secure, straight to the point. While I am cancelling the credit cards I am maintaining accounts. So much more professional than big banks.

In spite of our perfect monthly payment record we were charged $29.00 “over credit limit” fee for going less than $50.00 dollars over our limit. We contacted them, the service rep was unsympathetic, offered no advice or assistance and made me feel like a criminal.
