The loan process is very efficient and competitive although expensive right now. It might be my error but I would like to have one log in for both loans. Otherwise good.

Other companies don’t compare!

I’ve worked with other companies for Student Loans for my son. The quickest response was given and when my son decided to do classes over summer semester I wasn’t sure we could get it accomplished. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. I will be using them again for Fall Semester. Thanks for being a great resource and company.

College Ave is not a helpful lender in the process of Education

College Ave is not a helpful lender in no sense of the word. One of the worse experiences a parent should ever be involved with. To begin with Customer Service is lacking. The typical feeling I immediately got Reps are students and settled with work as a rep and student it certainly comes across these folks do not like their job. Loans are really expensive for a student and a real disconnect between the school and College Ave. Seems as if Education is secondary and the load
Beef up your support staff's training in the art of civility even if you need to conduct training in the technique. The 800 lb gorilla in this entire process is the loan and nothing is more obvious than the many reminders I get as a co-signer. I would advise no parents to use private lenders, The word predatory always come to mind. The cost is too high

During the certification process, the school evaluates the requested amount to ensure it does not exceed what is needed to cover the cost of attendance. We provide all the details about the repayment terms and loan amount for the customer to accept prior to making the loan.

We strive to keep our rates competitive, but several factors determine the interest rate including both the applicant’s and cosigner’s credit in addition to the loan repayment options selected. We provide all the details about the interest rate for the customer to accept prior to making the loan.
