Placed an order 1072063UK they said it was delivered however i did not receive it. I mailed them and they asked me to check the bushes!!! I mailed back stating i could not find the parcel and they have ignored me since then.
Do not buy from them. Their customer service is clearly not good by the write up they have. I am still waiting for refund or product

Having read all the so-called product reviews, I ordered the spray which is supposed to give remarkable volume to my very fine & soft hair. It did absolutely nothing, in fact my hair felt even flatter than usual. A complete waste of £25.

Ive been using WOW products for years. I was offered a special deal with a free shampoo. I placed my order for a texture product and paid around £7.00 for next day delivery. My ordered was delivered 3vdays later. Telephoned 3 times left messages no response. Sent several emails and got a response after around 5 emails. I asked for a phone call but they dont ring you. They have refunded the postage costs but they don't seem to care about providing a good service

I love the products but won't order from them again

This company is appalling a robot on customer service line
They never respond I would advise anyone not to order from this company

In my first dealing with this company, I stupidly ordered the wrong product after several people recommending the extra strength dream coat anti frizz product. I got in touch with the company after closing hours for them to immediately respond upon opening, and make arrangements for the order to be cancelled so I may avoid hassle in returning and ordering a new one. Normally companies do not assist as kindly and I was expecting it to be sent out as I have had done so many time previously upon a cancellation request. Catia ensured to resolve this is a timely and stress free manner. Numerous hairdressers have advised this to be amazing and I am so excited to try this
