Superb service from Columbus who installed our combi boiler a few years ago and have just completed their annual service. The engineer, Freddie, was respectful of our property, professional and friendly. Very happy with them.

The whole installation was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Even when a few problems raised their heads the team worked through them and the final result of work we can not fault. We would recommend Columbus to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future

I had a new boiler fitted by Columbus and I was very impressed with the work. All booked very easily online with a few follow up questions. The boiler is in a bit of an awkward place but the old one was removed and a new one fitted seemingly easily (I’m sure it wasn’t easy for the person doing it, but he made seem so). Work was explained before and after. New boiler is working beautifully and I am very happy with it and with Columbus for making the whole process really simple. Thank you!

The guys from Columbus Plumbing installed a new power shower for me. They worked very hard and did an exellent job. I did have a problem at first when I had a shower as the pressure felt too strong for me. But when I phoned and told them, they came back within the hour and put it on eco mode. That is much better for me. I am so happy now. Thank you very much. I would definitely recommend Columbus Plumbing.

We had an urgent need to replace our old boiler and Jon and the team fitted us in very quickly and completed the installation flawlessly and on time. It could not have been better and was much appreciated.

Columbus installed a complete replacement central heating system for us at the end of October 2017 and have provided an annual service since then. We have found in all our contacts with them ranging from the "admin" side to the various engineers to be polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The service engineers are always on time for appointments, neat, tidy and respectful of our property. Thoroughly recommended.

Columbus have been servicing my boiler for the past 2 years. They are quick, efficient and helpfully I get an emailed reminder every year to tell me it is due which is a great help! Definitely recommend them to anyone as reliable and the cost is also competitive.

Have used Columbus since 2018 and have always found them to be friendly, efficient, clean workers and always turn up on time. Their latest visit was to repair a leak we found behind our washing machine, and the guy was in and out without hassle, polite as ever. They may not be the cheapest company around, but you are guaranteed quality, which means a lot to me, and you are certainly not ripped off.

Great service from Columbus. Had a new boiler fitted and Jordan went out of his way to not only do a great job but to return and fit a new gas meter box after octopus energy fitted a new meter. Very pleased. 😁

Great service. Appointment booked Monday, engineer Freddie serviced boiler Tuesday and certificate received Wednesday. Price the same as previous year. Engineer friendly and helpful. Recommended.

Columbus have been fantastic from day 1! They supplied and installed my new boiler. Their aftercare and customer service could not be better, the guys in the office understand my garbled ramblings when Im trying to explain any issues I have had and they are extremely prompt in sending an engineer out. Chris has been brilliant in sorting out the 2 issues I have had with my system and probably saved me a small fortune in repair bills when my old pipes sprang a leak! Their annual services costs are reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

I've used Columbus for my rental property for years, but their prices have sky-rocketed lately. I wanted them to fix a dripping kitchen tap and they wanted £90 just to turn up! Got another local plumber who did the whole job (including parts and labour) for £72. Sorry to see Columbus go. They won't be fitting my new boiler this summer.

Fitted 2 bathrooms and kitchen plumbing. Original quotation was inaccurate and actual cost much higher. Rude owner. Very slow and untidy workers and had to return to make repairs. Fitted equipment supplied by large retailer and blamed the equipment when it did not work even though they had not checked it was working before they left. They wanted to charge a fortune for repairs so I got alternative company in the end.
Soon after There was a leak in the bathroom flooding through ceiling below and Columbus plumber came. Left water running to empty the tank in the loft but the leak was at plug drain away. Finally I had to call alternative emergency plumber who quickly repaired it.
