Entreprise horrible ! L'heure du billet a été modifiée sans consultation et le remboursement a été refusé ! N'utilisez pas cette entreprise, service client horrible.

Site "come to paris" est une ARNAQUE totale! J'ai attendu 30 min après payement pour appeler leur service client, personne reponds les 2 premières fois. 3ieme fois heureusement j'ai eu quelqu'un en ligne: cette personne était désagréable, m'écoutait pas et est impolie ! Après tout ça j'ai reçu mes billets un peu avant la réservation d'un musée. Une fois la bas , seulement 1 billet sur 2 marche et l'autre était pas valable. J'ai expliqué la situation et donné preuve que j'ai payé et heureusement l'accueil de cette musée était très agréable et compréhensif. Mais cette site est a EVITER!!!!

notre croisiere a ete annulée en avril car trop d'eau sur la Seine- on a telephone des dizaines de fois, envoyé plusieurs messages, on ne demande meme pas le remboursement, on demande juste de deplacer la croisiere, aucun reponse depuis des mois, on traite soi-disant notre dossier mais jamais de retour apres ce mail - à eviter aucun service comemrcial, de vrais voleurs ...

I bought a gift voucher for a cruise on the Siene with Come to Paris, but it wasn't accepted by the patner operator Bateaux Parisiens.

They asked me for a ticket with a QR code, which was not on the voucher I received from Come to Paris. This voucher is referred to as a pdf ticket by Come to Paris, but is not considered a ticket by the operator, as the QR code was not present.
The reference number 16199470120250822 or my name were not found in the operator's system nor in Come to Paris' online system, so it could not be validated or used.

I was unable to contact Come to Paris by phone, no one received the call on the number provided. Nor did I get any response when I wrote to Come to Paris by e-mail describing the problem. I kindly asked for a solution, to validate my voucher by sending me a QR-Code ticket or refund my money, and nothing was done.
But the request to give feedback on my experience with them was sent. That's why I've been able to write these lines here now.

All very unpleasant.
The operator and friends told me I'd been scammed... I still hope it was a system problem and that the company will get back to me soon with a solution. We'll see...

Wie oft kann man Paris besuchen, wenn man nicht in Frankreich wohnt? Als Touristin ein Ticket bei "Come to Paris" zu kaufen, ist nicht zu empfehlen. Ich habe sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem Ticket von "Ballonfly" gemacht. Ich war nur drei Tage in Paris und wollte mit "Ballonfly" fliegen, aber aufgrund des Wetters wurde der Flug abgesagt, obwohl ich bereits vor Ort war. Als ich ankam, war der Flug noch möglich, aber während ich auf meinen Flug wartete, kam Wind auf. Wir wissen schon, dass wir immer online prüfen müssen, ob der Flug verfügbar ist oder nicht. Aber die Situation hat sich sehr schnell geändert. Als wir ankamen, war der Flug verfügbar, also haben wir uns entschieden, zu kaufen.
Dadurch konnte ich natürlich nicht fliegen, da der Flug storniert wurde. Eine Rückerstattung meines Tickets wurde mir verweigert, da man mir sagte, dass das Ticket noch ein Jahr gültig sei. Mir wurde auch gesagt dass man das Ticket verkaufen kann, wo und wie kann ich verkaufen ? Das ist nicht so einfach wie die gesagt haben ! Muss ich, um mein Ticket zu nutzen, wirklich noch einmal nach Paris reisen? Das ist doch Unsinn und einfach nur Geldverschwendung.

I didn't realize it wasn't the "official" website for the Moulin Rouge. Also, I switched dates because your website indicated that there were no more 9 pm tickets available on the date I wanted. After I purchased those - I found the official website and noticed they still had the 9 pm time on the date I wanted. Also, the prices were higher on your website.

Je suis globalement satisfait de mon expérience sur le site de Come to Paris pour l'achat de tickets pour le château de Versailles.
Par contre il est fort dommage que l'on ne puisse jamais avoir le service client au téléphone en cas de besoin.

Les billets sont a bon prix rapidité efficacité de service merci bcp j'étais très satisfaite.. a une prochaine sortie
