I have had quite a few orders from your company and I have never been disappointed with anything. The customer service received was excellent, and the quality of your products are second to none! We received advice with measuring conservatory blinds which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying new blinds.

Don’t change…………

Bought some rigid PVC vertical blinds, competitively priced and arrived promptly. Look great and are excellent for regularly used French doors to garden access area.

Sadly, after 14 months two of the slats broke where they are hole-punched and fit onto the hanging rail.

I emailed Concept Blinds Direct on Sunday evening notifying them of this problem, received a response from them at 08.32 Monday morning and received replacement slats today, Wednesday, free of charge.

You can judge a company on how it's Customer Service department deals with problems....
Consequently, l rate them as excellent. I'm one fully satisfied customer and will not hesitate in buying from them in the future.

Company was great, they sent me out a good number of samples to choose from. Also told me exactly how to measure as I was unsure if I was doing it correctly.
They look incredible, I’m genuinely so very happy with them.
I was put off getting some for many years as I bought a ready made pair from the high street which fell apart in a couple weeks. I wanted a better view of my garden than net curtains so decided to get some made to measure blinds, So very pleased I did.

Concept blinds have been great I had a query that was replied to and resolved straight away with no fuss at all. The products are great value for money and the Perfect Fit blinds very easy to fit. Would highly recommend them

After looking at several blinds companies we found Concept blinds and they appeared to be one of the cheapest.
a quick e-mail enquiry to the company led to a sales rep calling me back promptly and we discussed the fitting criteria and the product itself. Giving me the confidence to measure again and ensure i was getting the right product.
a week later i placed the order and received it about 1 month later.
I found the fitting instructions where good and relatively easy to understand, albeit some drawings could do with better close ups of the small details. The quality of the product pretty good, as expected.
The blinds have totally transformed our living space and by using Concept blinds and my own DIY skill (or lack of), i feel we have saved about $GBP400 on just one window. A quick and dirty calculation would suggest if we were to do 4 major windows, through the house, we'd save over $GBP1600!

Well, I have to say, I’m well pleased with my blinds, they came last week, and were Roman ones. I love the colour Amaze Silver. They were the only company online that would do the width we needed for our living room windows. Once my husband installed them, they look so nice. I like the pull chain, as the last Roman Blinds I bought from a different company were strings.
I could never get them to go right, I rolled these out and they look good, well made, and a good price. We will defo be buying for the bedroom from this site, when we’ve decorated them. I would recommend this company to anyone. They called to check the order was right and I had put one thing down wrong, which the gentleman helped me with. All in all good quality, helpful, friendly. And a quick service, with information all the way through the parcel tracking. Well Done ConceptBlinds!!

I had looked at various companies including lots of local ones but yours was the best for price. I also liked your website measuring guide.

A lot of the companies I looked at would not give you a quote without coming out to your house first. This I did not want to do due to Covid anyway.

I would recommend you 100% to my friends and family.

The blinds are good, simple to operate, easy to fit and certainly help with reducing the glare in our conservatory.

We purchased blinds for whole house from this company last year. A few days ago when mrs tried to lift the blind to clean the windows and the blind snapped from the corner where the brackets were. We emailed to the company and send some pictures and after a while we have got reply saying that we put only one supporting bracket the middle and the item was not damaged on the transit so therefore they will not replace the blind. So the money we paid 100's £££ gone out the window. There were no support at all. So please be prepared losing your money and blinds after a year as this company will not giving any sort of warranty.
