Excellent service and great value for money. Our Perfect fit blinds arrived earlier than expected which was fab and were easy to install. They look super smart in our bow window and wouldn't hesitate to buy again from Concept Blinds and recommend to family and friends.

I have used ‘Concept Blinds Direct’ a couple of times when purchasing vertical louvre blinds and have been very satisfied with the service. The products were of good quality, the delivery service was efficient, and purchase was very good value. I would have no hesitancy in considering ‘Concept Blinds Direct’ for any future requirements.

I found Concept Blinds Direct via a search engine whilst trying to source a vertical blind for the study. Usually I would purchase from the local DIY store, get a slightly larger blind and trim to fit. This never really worked (especially roller blinds that ended up with ‘wonky sides’).

To find a company that made blinds both to size and to order, and were ridiculously cheap, seemed too good to be true – so I risked ordering.

Occasionally in life you stumble upon a company that you wish you’d found sooner – this is one of them. The number of times I’ve faffed about trying to trim blinds to fit, that actually cost more than these custom made ones, I’m kicking myself!

Since my initial purchase – I’ve bought blinds for the patio doors, front door and screen, downstairs shower room and kitchen. I even bought one for the site office – which caused quite a stir!

Having lived with the blinds for a couple of years now, I would report no problems despite daily usage (opening, closing, turning).

Would I buy again – definitely! Excellent value, top quality and prompt service – what’s not to like about that!

Initially when I was looking at blinds for my conservatory I was amazed with the amount of companies that were out there. We decided that we'd give Concept Blinds Direct a go, and ordered two sets of blinds as an initial trial.

The blinds arrived quicker than I expected (which was great) and were very easy to assemble and install.
Installation was quick (for the first time) and very easy to follow the instructions - although the hint to use a credit card to align didn't seem to work, and involved painful thumb pressing activities.

They look fantastic and work very well - enough for us to order a further 7 blinds for the other windows.

I would highly recommend Concept Blinds, and would not hesitate to order from them again if we have the need.

They kept in touch throughout the process so I knew when my blinds would be delivered e.g. day of delivery and even the time. I then received an email asking if my order was OK.
