This company is a scam.
They have failed to deliver my order and now won't give a refund. They have offered me a partial refund minus the cost of the goods ?

I have given a 5 star review so that it may stay up for a bit.

Paid 35 dollars for some led lights
Only 2/3 of them work. Msgd "customer service" they offered 3 dollars compensation! Then 6 dollars compensation! After I said this wasn't satisfactory I was told they will take this up with the manufacturers. No refund or exchange. Don't waste your money.

The crystal mugs are not real. They are AI generated videos and all of the text, reviews purchases are faked.

Crystal cups (of pure mineral which they are claiming) weighing 1 kilo would typically cost 💲 500-2500+. They simply aren’t real. I’m guessing you receive some random warehouse product from china like the other dude with a 1 star review.

The product i recieved does not look like the product i ordered. i recieved a cheap Chinese copy from a ware house in Spain altrough they updated me with a false tracking from the US to Spain. after complaining they say the order is OK. even that the order was not complete, i did not recieved a new product from these ´´drop shippers´´ After another complain and asking for a new product wich is complete, they refused to do so. now having a incomplete product and lost money. therefore avoid this company.
