Absolutly top class packaging - 276 listed items moved from South Is to North Is and stored for nearly 2 months no breakages. Great team packing and 2 very helpfull and caring guys unloading.

Conroy is the best company to leverage whilst moving either domestically or internationally. Period.

I have leveraged them twice, moving from Melbourne to Auckland quite a while back and then when moving from New Zealand to Canada very recently.

Superb communication and their teams pack extremely well and with attention to detail !!! They are also priced very reasonably !!

Penny Korte, our main point of contact is just phenomenal!’ Even that word does not convey how good she is on coordinating everything including working with their international partner agents !!

We can't recommend Conroy's enough. From getting a quote through to when our household items were delivered, we received excellent service, and it was great value for money compared to other moving companies.

We recently moved from Atlanta, GA, USA to Raumati Beach, NZ and were so thrilled with Conroy Removals! They were our NZ partner and handled my questions so lovingly. I must have called every week and they made it so easy to know where my shipment was in the process, and gave me a fair estimate of when we would expect delivery. They even worked around my travel schedule and once everything cleared customs and biosecurity, they delivered it the day I had requested! It was perfect timing. And the team was excellent. They were quick too! And left us with materials to help with the unpacking, like the massive bags to hold our packing paper. They even swiftly came back (twice!) to pick up cardboard boxes. The crew were so kind and careful from the logistics team to the delivery team and unpacking team. Thank you Conroy! We love our new home!

Conroy Removals handled both an air freight and sea freight delivery for me. The team was consistently both reactive (responding immediately to my queries and chasing up a delay with my air freight) and proactive (keeping me fully updated on progress with shipment). They turned up exactly when they said they would, were friendly and courteous, unpacked things efficiently and were prompt in collecting emptied boxes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Our move from Kapiti to Christchurch was handled impeccably. From the initial inventory quote through delivery, nothing was a problem, our changes were handled with ease. Delivery was well communicated and executed. Both teams were excellent. Total class all the way.

Good service, efficient.

Good comms on the whole move from pick up to storage to delivery. Nothing was damaged or lost, which was great as I declined the expensive insurance package. Movers were friendly & capable.

The team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs which weren't simple. They delivered as soon as we needed the goods, and handled the complex and physically demanding two-site delivery with efficiency a a very positive attitude. Well done Conroy!

The team were awesome - from quote through to delivery of our things. They arrived on time. They were also best priced of the three quotes we obtained. But some boxes were marked very fragile and we instructed the team that they need to be put on top as they can easily break. Upon delivery the boxes marked fragile was on the bottom and 2 were damage that luckily be saved and we also lost to cabinets as heavy stuff was loaded on them. But the rest went smoothly

I used Conroy Removals for my move from Halcombe to Dunedin because of a positive previous experience. I can honestly say I have mixed feelings after this move. Luke, who did the quote was punctual and professional. The van arrived on time and the loading went well. The movers took time to protect fragile items and furniture. I was informed that a container of herbicide could not be transported because it would hazardous,. It would have been helpful to know that in advance because and alternative plan could have been made. Some items were left behind because I was told there was no more space in the container. I did not want to make it the new owner's problem so I called the office the next day. They said the items would be picked up but I have had no further communication. It took a week for the furniture to arrive, but I had been warned about that. Offloading was efficient. I noticed some of the boxes were damaged but so far the contents are intact. Only 2 items of furniture we unwrapped and the wrapping material was left on site. When the truck moved off, I noticed a few items had been left on the road.

Great experience with Conroy Removals. The team was easy to deal with, professional, and very accommodating. They even came earlier than planned when I needed access to my work computer, which I really appreciated. Everything went smoothly and was handled with care. Highly recommend.

The team turned up on time they were friendly helpful adaptable and polite and made me feel as if nothing was too much trouble.Everything was transported safely with no damage.

The quoting and evaluation process was fast and efficient.
The team on the day were very friendly and worked at a good pace.
Sadly my TV was damaged during the move but Conroy were very responsive and took immediate measures to compensate.
Overall I was very satisfied with them and have no issue recommending them.

Packers and movers went the extra mile to get our house packed before the uplift. Friendly staff and hardworking. Same for the staff delivering our container. Would recommend Conroys and use them again!
