Whatever you do, never enquire about a loan with this company.. unfortunately I did when they rung it wasn’t a loan it was an IVA they were offering, which I don’t need. I asked them to remove my contact details as it wasn’t what I was looking for but over the last two days I have received a total of 97 calls all from different numbers including mobiles from them… it’s harassing and very stressful now everytime the phone rings 😢

Literally looking online at options to help me with my debt when I filled out an application form for this company. Straight away I had a call, first man I spoke to was lovely, 2nd I spoke to started off nice but when I wanted to have a think over night and speak again tomorrow I was met with just straight rudeness! Bear in mind they called at 6pm and I was on the phone for over an hour whilst dealing with my young child. All I asked for was an email with all the information we had gone over so I could sleep on it and call back but was told I can’t have that.. and not doing this option will get me more into debt. 100% another company who doesn’t actually give a toss about the customers and just want the figures and the commission!

I applied for a loan with this company on the internet. I was contacted by phone by them within the hour. I spent 50 minutes on the phone with them talking to a number of different people in the company as I was passed from advisor to special advisor and then the special advisor’s supervisor. They were very friendly and frequently told me that they could reduce my monthly outgoings/payments. When I tried to find out the financial implications and costs of their proposal they seemed evasive, and did not share this with me after asking them directly a number of times.

SOMEBODY SIGNED ME UP USING MY DETAILS THAT WAS NOT ME AND THE COMPANY WERE NOT INTERESTED

I initially filled out the form and they stated someone would call me.

I was no longer interested but the amount of calls I received from their number and a mobile number was absolutely ridiculous. I work I financial services and would NEVER call a customer that much if there was no answer. There is a fine line between offering good customer service and honestly trying to hard. If someone doesn’t answer your call after day 2 give it a rest. I’ve had to block the number and mobile number.

Absolutely wasting time. They are not providing any loan to consolidate our debts. They are trying to do something else. 100 % scam. There is no doubt. First we need to write a review for trust pilot . We can not blindly believe trust pilot.

I spoke to Chloe initially who was really helpful. She passed me to her colleague I can’t remember his name. At first he was extremely helpful and talked me through everything. As soon as I said I wanted to speak to my mum before making a decision over debt management plan or Iva he became extremely rude and really upset me. His response was “what do you need to think about because I’m not going to chase someone who can’t even get on top of their debts”. This resulted in me terminating the call and blocking your companies number. I just think that attitude was disgusting towards someone trying to get back on their feet. Like I say I can’t remember his name but the call started with Chloe at 6:04pm on 14/9 if anyone cares to listen to how their staff treat vulnerable customers.

Waste of time
Been on the phone for 1h ,talked with 3 different people and not to be able to get help. Good customer service but the help is not there if you choose to get a loan for the deth to pay just 1 monthly payment insted of multiple times

Can't really say much about the company, but the problem is their advertisements are misleading. Promising consolidation loan with all credit ratings considered. Well, I thought I could save some money. Yes, but, no. One hour on the phone, redirected twice, so I spoke with three different people, going through my details for three times and at the end I found out that my application was declined from the very beginning, but they are pushing to "sell" IVA. Don't get me wrong, the staff were very polite and friendly, but I don't get it why are they wasting my time with options I don't need or want. It's a waste of time for both sides. If I wanted IVA I could have found a company that does that. No need to try to push it to me. Should have said clearly in the beginning I was declined and that's it. Not struggling or whatever, but an option for saving is always desirable. My advice is instead of wasting people's time, once they apply, send the outcome to the email. If negative - offer some options, that if a person needs more information or any other help or advice to request a call from adviser.

I made an enquiry about consolidating my debts. I received a call from a lovely gentleman called Steven Scott.

I made him aware that i was looking to see if i could consolidate my debts to bring the monthly payment down a little than what i was currently paying. I pay on time with each. Steven went through my in and outgoings thoroughly.

He did some searches which came back with 6 options. 4 of the options i did not qualify for. However, he still went through each of the 6 individually. Through my own personal past experience, i felt at this time, the other 2 options was not for me. Steven was very polite and professional and did not push. He listened to me. He gave me some very good advice, which i will definatley take on board.

After reading some of the reviews, i was concerned how this call would go. However, i gave them the benefit of the doubt. Steven was very polite, friendly, and professional. He did not push and more importantly he listened.

Looked into debt consolidation with this company. Signed up with my details. Sold my details to scam callers from India who call off hundreds of different numbers each week. The company automated switchboard says they’re called “Tellitude Ltd”, but the people on the other side claim to be a money help group. They ask for your details and when you refuse, they become rude and aggressive. One person saying that he will continue to call daily

This company can not offer Debt consolidstion loans but a company who deal with IVAs.
Do not fill in the application for a payment option as there is not one. It is just a ruse to get you into an IVA.

The gentleman that I spoke to was kind, caring and compassionate. He never once gave me the impression I was being judged and made feel totally at ease. I was handed to a different person to complete my application and again felt at ease and not judged.
The process was fast and completely stress free.

I did receive, what appeared to be, at face value, good advice. Until I was informed if the fees involved. Swings and roundabouts, if it seems to good to be true, then chances are it is.

Very helpful during the process. Advised about the 14 day cooling off period, which I took advantage off within hours, via email & WhatsApp, with no response to date.

Well I wouldn’t use this company for nothing they tell you it’s consolidation loan and then put you through to someone who wants you to have a Iva so stay well clear 21 March just tried to send today and saying it’s not a email address so these cowboys don’t want you to email them with a massive complaint
