Conspect レビュー

I highly recommend Mike. I found out about him after reading numerous positive reviews online. Upon contacting Mike, he responded promptly. Mike conducted a thorough and professional snagging in my house. Impressively, he even provided valuable advice over the phone without charging a fee. Mike, I truly appreciate your help. Thank you once more.

Extremely knowledgeable surveyors I would not be reluctant to engage or recommend. A hearty thank you to Mike and his collogues.

His work is careful, responsible and professional。

I am so grateful to Michael for all the help and advise he gave me. I got so much more than I expected as he found more issues than I would not have seen or noticed and would have caused me a lot of issues down the road.
Excellent service and explained everything very well.

I highly recommend this company. We contacted Conspect mid day on a Tuesday and Mike made himself a available to perform a snag list on our property the next morning. He was also extra speedy with providing us with the report. When we met with him he was very professional and guided us through a lot of things first time buyers like us find daunting. His attention to detail is amazing. Thanks again Mike!

Best Snag list in detail. Mike has seriously very good experience in finding even tiny little details. He found major and minor issues on our new build and also the cost he charged is very competitive compared with current market. We strongly recommend Micheál

Mike has been a great help to do the needed snagging and inspection for my new house. His experience and professional attitude has helped us to address all comments before closing the contract.

I dealt with Mike to snag my house in Lucan, he has a good observation, easy to deal with, on time and good report.

We asked conspect to inspect a newbuild which we had purchased. Mike took care of all the arrangements directly with the builder in relation to organising the appointment and gaining access to the property. Mike was exceptionally thorough and his report extremely well laid out and easy to follow. We would highly recommend this company.

Mike carried out a re-snagged on our house last week and we were very impressed with the things he identified. He was incredibly thorough particularly with our complicated heating system and his findings will save us alot of hassle down the road. It’s worth noting these issues were not picked up by another company that carried out our original snag a few weeks previous. I would highly recommend!

I am extremely satisfied with the services provided my Michael Flemming. He has spotted every single possible issue during our Snag list. I surprised with the quality of the report and its detailed information.
