We have been with Consultiv Utilities for 6 Years and Rachael and Amy have been excellent in their professionalism, timely manner and being proactive in obtaining the best possible prices/contracts for our business Gas and Electric.

We have worked with Amanda for years and she continues to give us great support with our utility renewals. This time around the uncertainty around the world made for some tricky conversations but we were able to get an overall price that saved a significant amount for the business.

We have recently signed up with this company after myself trying for 14 years to convince my MD this is the way forward with our utilities bills, i managed to get my MD (reluctantly) on a team meeting with Gavin Addison and Sam Butch and we haven't looked back since, not only have they claimed back over £11k in CCL for the last three year we have also manged to cut our yearly bills by approx. £1500.00. we can not thank these two enough for their hard work and support they have given and continue to give us. if you haven't signed up with these guys you should... Very good communication and fast responses in a challenging time frame

Cannot recommend Consultiv Utilities enough. Our Account Manager Amanda Harnett goes above and beyond to ensure we have the soundest prices on the market, plus the after care is excellent. Being looked after by Consultive and their professional, knowledgeable and super friendly team has taken the stress out of sourcing energy supply.

I have worked with Pamela Hamilton for a number of years now, and all I can say is she is amazing. Pam has saved our company time and money, always 1st class service and can’t recommend Pam and the company high enough.

Throughout this process, I have experienced extremely poor service, a lack of clear communication, and ineffective problem solving. The matter has now been ongoing for over a month, and I have had to repeatedly chase for updates as no proactive communication has been provided.
This level of service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I would have expected the issue to be handled more efficiently and for updates to be communicated without the need for constant follow-up from my side. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Mark and Craig were great helping us get set up in a quick turnaround. Really happy with the experience overall and the savings we will make.

We have only been with ConsultivUtilities for about a month, but within that short time, we have built up a really good relationship with Andrew Dawson and Jayden Howard. They are both friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They are always willing to help and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They are continuously keeping us updated on our contract progress and have taken away all the stress of the process. We have signed gas, electric and water contracts and have made considerable savings. We are also looking at EV charging points too, we would definitely recommend them.

We started with a waste contract with Consultiv, it has worked for us really well, saving money, any problems are sorted out for us (no more trying and failing to speak to the supplier). Regular check ins to make sure things are running smoothly.
Now we have our utility contracts through Consultiv, Michael Jeynes from Consultiv has taken our 12 accounts which were all renewing at different times with different suppliers and consolidated the renewal times and suppliers, we are not even a big company and are looking at a saving of around £17,000!
Speaks for itself, but we have also saved hours and hours of work constantly reviewing contracts and getting quotes etc.

We have given this Company 5 * due to their professionalism, care and understanding . I have been dealing with Jamie Barber and from start to finish he has been very concise in his approach. We felt heard in what we needed and his advice was very valuable. Jamie and Dan found us a good deal and the process went through smoothly. With Jamie as our accounts manager we can relax knowing that we as a company will be well look after. Jamie professionalism, and customer care that he gives and has shown to us is second to none .
