Terrible debt collectors without any knowledgement of the UK law just sent letters about the outsanding ammount of money which is not true just try to get stolen your money

I was involved in a very frustrating no fault accident where I needed a hire car, the oppositions insurance refused to pay and were taking me to court. I was extremely concerned about the request for all my bank statements, this was explained however I didn’t get round to sending them (still was a little uneasy about disclosing this level of personal information). Have received notification 10 months after the accident that the issue is now resolved.

My case has been with this law firm fir almost 3 years. Was finally informed 1 month ago that within 21 days I will receive a payout. I have been chasing this money to jo avail. No customer service, no professionalism not being true to their words.

I have had a very positive experience with Canfield Law.. the outcome was a success this firm is highly motivated with great spirit and very understanding and clever people! I highly recommend!!!! Great timescale too

The first girl who took on my case was absolutely useless, she didn't understand a simple page headed "profit" and "Loss", when I did get an email via brokers, she said she had been busy getting through her emails from August, this was October!
They should be reported to the Law Society for incompetence. They don't answer phone calls and you cant get through to anyone.

This company seem to be engaged by either insurance companies or their clients to dispute the cost of hiring a replacement vehicle when a no fault car insurance claim has been settled. They use threatening language suggesting if you don’t comply with their requests for personal information you will become personally liable for whatever they are claiming. Take great care and ensure you direct any contact from them to your own insurer.

Worst company ever had a non fault claim and liability was accepted by third party now being harassed daily for my credit card statements and my account statements to show I couldn’t hire a car, why would I hire a car for a non fault crash and full liability was accepted!!!! Ombudsman was contacted about their handling of my case……Avoid this company

Not even 1 star. They never answered my phone calls. I send it my form with my inquiry, a specialist gave me a call at a moment I couldn't pick up and that was it. I have been calling back leaving messages for them to call me, I have been emailing the 'specialist' but no answer. I have tried to cll their 0800 number which just never answers. Worst than trying to call HMRC! Very disappointed. I only had one question about my business that I have been trying to get an answer to for weeks. I will have to pay someone to answer this to me so this page really didn't help me at all. They didn't even live up to their name as there was no actual 'contact' there!
