I was struggling to find contact lenses because of a shortage with my normal supplier and another company had let me down badly. Danielle was amazing and really helped me out in a tight situation, she dealt with all my queries and went above and beyond to help. Will be using contactlenses.co.uk moving forward now. Thank you!

Ordered my contacts on Friday at 4pm and they arrived around 1pm on Sunday. Couldn't believe it.

Absolutely brilliant customer support.
Slight problem with my order on delivery, spoke to a very helpful member of staff and received new package of lens following day. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They suggest a dispatch day. Which they match but only after Royal Mail had been and gone. It’s a scam

I ordered at 11am and it posted at 7pm. Very poor. How long does it take to put a box in the post???

So,I had a little trouble with my lenses when they arrived,but after Sophie and colleagues noticed I had ordered the wrong ones,they put me on the right path to see clearly again. Perfect service, perfect delivery and definitely not going back to Specsavers for lenses. A big thank you to all who helped me.

Outstanding - accidently ordred wrong strength - contacted them - they came back within an hour - sent correct ones and a freepost lable to send wrong ones back - I dealt with Danielle - she was amazing

Sadly not longer the cheaper than the highstreet suppliers. Actually considerably higher. Use to be very good value for money

What fantastic customer service! I had an issue with an international delivery of contact lenses shipped to Spain. I got on to the chat online and Danielle resolved my problem straight away and made my day! An excellent company for contact lenses.

Have used them for years and always great service, recently had a delay with delivery which was outside of their control and special thanks to Danielle who was proactive and sent me a store credit which amounted to double the postage I had paid... all done before I even had a chance to bring it to their attention.

So impressed by the service given to me by Sophie today. I stupidly ordered the wrong strength of contact lens and she has resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. She was kind and friendly but most importantly this is the first company in a while who I have dealt with that have made my life easier not harder! Highly recommend. I have used them for years, and my contact lenses have always arrived on time and intact, but this was exceptional customer support when I needed it.

Waited literally 2 months for contacts & they never arrived. The only thing bearable about the entire mess was that they had an employee that contacted me frequently. Would have been nice, if they truly were international.

Have been in touch with them 2 or 3 times to ask for mistakes I’ve made on orders (address, quantities) to be changed to be fixed - always responded within a few hours and immediately fixed, no messing around, chatbots etc, just helpful people who understand what you need.

After having a not great experience with my local opticians I decided to give online lenses a try, the site was easy to navigate and I was amazed how quickly my lenses arrived and at a fraction of the cost that the optician was going to charge me

I've used contactlenses.co.uk for more than a decade and I've never had any problems with their lenses. Although my preferred brand weren't in stock initially, Sophie emailed me as soon as they were back and I was able to place my order before I went on holiday. Friendly and efficient customer service!
