We are appauled by the service offered, not only did that fail at all points to put a decent campaign together, they failed to generate any volume of leads promised, and I was 100% dealing with juniors and content editors who didnt have the first clue about putting a campaign together.

Secondly we paid £10k upfront, which has then been withheld because "the company is too big to deal with refunds quickly". Complete BS. Do not give these people money in advance, you will do well to get it back within an normal timescale.
