Food was delivered on time. Food itself was delicious and very well portioned. A little more expensive than a take away but you can see that quality ingredients were used

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review about Cook My Grub.
We’re sorry to hear that you had to wait a long time after placing an order at an event. Cook My Grub are not a specialist events catering company. We are an online marketplace for home chefs and deliver to homes and offices through our delivery network and logistics partner. Having said that, we ran several promotional events in the summer of 2021 to promote our home chefs and create additional awareness about our service. A majority of the events were very well received. However, in a particular event held in September 2021, we were terribly let down by the organisers who committed to providing electricity for our chefs to cook but their setup was limited and caused us several issues. This led to long queues and ordering delays which were not due to any fault of ours.
We do hope you try out a home delivery order from Cook My Grub which would give you a better view of our service.
Regards,
Customer Support Team

It is great initiative and food is really nice. You get multiple options to choose your food from. Since the food is home made, you also get authentic taste. However there is significant scope for improving delivery service. Most of the time food is delivered late.

Hi Aniket,
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review about Cook My Grub. We're glad you enjoyed the food!
We’re sorry to hear that your deliveries were delayed. However, please note that deliveries for lunch are scheduled for between 12:30pm and 1:30pm to give our drivers enough time to collect the food and deliver it to you. In a few instances, our drivers were inadvertently delayed by traffic.
We do hope you continue to order from Cook My Grub. As always, we will endeavour to get the food delivered to you at the earliest.
Regards,

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review about Cook My Grub.
I'm truly sorry to hear one of the meals weren't a hit with you. This is really disappointing as the particular chef you’d ordered from has been so well received. As you had already claimed a 20% discount on that order, further refunds were purely at the discretion of the chef.
You can be sure we will feed this back to the chef team so that it can be looked into in more detail. Please could you also take a moment to rate the chef via your online account. You can do this by logging in and clicking on your order history, then giving the chef a star rating.
We will also be sure to get in touch soon to see if there is anything further we can do to help turn your experience around.
Regards,
Customer Support Team
