We purchased an air fryer 16 months ago and it recently developed an issue I contacted cooks professional and my contact Raveena sorted it out and arranged a replacement in 24 hrs after initial contact and the replacement received within 72 hrs brilliant service thank you Raveena CooksProfessional

Ordered item on 30/08 for delivery on the 1st paid the delivery charge and did not recieve my delivery I contacted customer service who replied they would look into it and get back to me I'm still waiting on this happening and I'm still waiting on my delivery. They should not advertise and charge for next day delivery when they cannot provide this service
My first time of ordering from this company and my last I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as I probably would not have ordered they have cost me a lot of inconvenience

The item didn’t work so I returned it item has apparently
It been lost on transportation but they are will to work with me a find out what has happened they have told me I have to find what has happened as a company they should be finding out what has happened but because they have their money they don’t care

The whole thing was ridiculous came not working so asked for a replacement. Sending emails back and forth for 2 weeks ( nobody seems to try resolve anything) .... sent the air fryer back and now not going to send a replacement out. Complete waste of my time

Received a lovely candy floss maker for Xmas that unfortunately developed a fault soon after....my enquiry was dealt with by Sam who was incredibly professional and obviously proud of the company and brand....A replacement was sent through with no fuss and sincerity....Sam’s professionalism and courteous nature came through in all communications and I would heartily recommend cooks professional, their products and team....thanks

I received a slow cooker f.o.c. With my magazine subscription. Unfortunately I had problems following the instructions. I contacted the Company by email and Sam rang me back and helped me to get the cooker going. I am very impressed by the customer service.

Contacted company to inform them that the table top food warmer I had been given had burned the top of my wooden table when used over the Christmas holiday. Although it says in the instructions that it needs to be placed on a heat resistant surface, it is not explicit as to say this needs to be on a heatproof surface. I was shocked at the amount of damage it had caused in a two hour period- can’t imagine what may have been the result if left on for longer. I did point out that they may wish to change wording to protect the consumer, but no comment made from them.
This was a gift approximately 4 years ago from a now infirm, elderly relative, so I was unable to produce a receipt or give details of the vendor. Suffice to say, she did not and does not use the internet and would have used a reputable dealer from which to purchase it from. This company has dismissed my worries, my comments and concerns,stating that it could have been a reconditioned product - they have only recently taken over the brand and as it was more than 2 years old they were unable to help. Please be really careful if you have, or are thinking of buying this as it is dangerous. They seemed to be happy with the wording in their instructions. Not sure this is customer service - it certainly didn’t feel like it to me and I won’t be buying any of their products that’s for sure.

Really poor customer service, item broken when delivered, through poor packing, took weeks and dozens of emails to get a refund. Don't phone them as customer service is on a premium number and you pay highly for a call.

I have had a great deal of difficulty tracing a parcel l purchased through Amazon. DPD and Amazon were so unhelpful and it was impossible to actually speak to someone. Sam from Cooks Professional was excellent. I cannot praise her efforts enough. She dealt with it promptly, did what she said she would do and telephoned me back. I wish there were more “Sams” in this world. Thank you so so much.

Reported faulty bowl as all non stick coming off after only washing twice

Congratulations to Customer Service agent Sam and to Cooks! I've been looking for a replacement water tank for my D8961 type hot water dispenser for which none of the other sellers keep spares. Sam promptly found and sent me one for a very reasonable price, saving me from having to replace a perfectly good dispenser. Cooks still sell this dispenser which has a proper size water tank. You run it until you've got just the water you need - very economical - just don't forget to turn it off when your cup's full!

Bought dual bin 18 months ago turned up with dents on the back , put up with that because it was on the rear , 1 of lids broke so bought new replacement it turned up with dents and scratches on it then asked for another one it too turned up damaged ask for replacement 3 more times turned up damaged and already used I have now given up and bought a new bin from another company very poor service !!!!

I purchased an Ice maker little over a year ago. At a cost of nearly £150 I was expecting good things! However after a promising start and enjoying my quick and easy ice maker I was disappointed when after a few months it broke.

The machine started to leak water before it stopped working and has ruined my sideboard in the process.

We didn't use the ice machine that often and I would have expected it to last a lot longer. I did contact customer services and whilst I did receive a reply it wasn't very helpful and basically I was almost told "Tough luck".

I would warn against purchasing an ice machine unless you're just wanting it for short term use.

Despite Cooks Professional being bought out since I purchased my mixer, the lovely Sam answered all my questions and solved my problem very efficiently and quickly.

Bought a dehydrator which packed in with 5months. Contacted cookworks who were ever so lovely and sent out a new one to arrive the next day after ascertaining the fan had stopped working. Super hassle, this was s how customer service should be. Thank you

My 'Ice Maker’ suddenly stopped working, prior to this I’d had no problems with it.
I emailed the company and Sam in Customer Service organised the repair for me.
It was fixed promptly and returned in next to no time.

Excellent customer support, Sam was exceptionally good, prompt and extremely friendly along side was super prompt in resolving the issue. Thank you Sam for all your help.

They were very helpful in resolving the problem with my air fryer. They have sent me the part with very clear instructions on how to replace the faulty part.
Sam who I spoke to could not be any more helpful.
Their customer care is excellent and sorted every thing out in 48 hours.

Great customer service
I bought a food processor from Amazon, but couldn't work out why it wouldn't work. I engaged with the customer service team and sent them photos and and eventually a video. They were helpful throughout - it turned out to be missing a part so they sent a replacement bowl and it now works perfectly. Pleased with the service and they were charming and polite and bent over backwards to help me out.
