CopperWater.com is the original copper water bottle brand, bringing this beautiful ancient Indian wellness practice to the West. Every product is hand made in India by artisan who have worked with copper for generations, using grade A copper at 99.7 to 99.9% purity, unlined and uncoated inside so the water touches the metal directly. 👉 Our bottles are now widely imitated, so please check your order was from CopperWater.com before reviewing. 👈 Every genuine product has the CopperWater logo etched into the copper. If yours doesn't, it came from a different company. And if you did buy from us and something is off, email hello@copperwater.com and we will fix it 💜☀️🙂

Missing bottle in shipment
Placed my first order for 2 tongue scrapers and a bottle. Took two weeks to arrive and when it did, there was no bottle, only the tongue scrapers. They told me their fulfillment team did indeed mail the bottle, so I sent them the picture of the packaging, shipping box, which was small. Only large enough to contain the scrapers. I am awaiting a response at this point. After waiting 5 days for a response, they issued a refund for the bottle.
