Got a trial and forgot about it during the holidays only to find 2 unauthorized charges

Normal company would understand and cancel/reimburse. These guys made the process convoluted and told me to get lost.

scammed for 3 month. If you pay single time then you have no opportunity to manage your subscribtion from profile dashboard. Customer support don't care at all. NEVER choose it, my advice

Scam run from this company, if you put your card details they keep charging you even if you remove them. This is a scam!!!

100% this is a total scam! Do not buy. I signed up for a 3 day trial and cancelled it after 1 hour of using it realising how awful it was. They still charged me and refused to refund me the money 'as per their policy'. It is completely incomprehensible how these people have no scruples whatsoever.

Easy to use and super helpful with productivity.
Especially helpful if you have ADHD and forget what your in the middle of typing.

I signed up to the annual discount. My bad that I never checked that my draft email to them didn't send to ask them to cancel and refund after 1 week into using the system.
It consistently hung and delivered no suggested copy. When it did, the standard was SHOCKING! A primary school student could have created better copy. Even the agents send emails with typos and spelling mistakes.

Scam. They still trying to charge my card, even though I wrote that I’m not interested in buying their product. Couldn’t access to the trial either. Don’t give them your credit card details.

Terrible service. I tried their trial which was 7$ for 14 days. After I log in to their service and tried it, all is rubbish, nonsense and not working like it should.

I immediately wanted to cancel my subscription, but there is nothing where I could cancel it. Now they will charge 49,90/m if i cant cancel. Im going to report them to authorities tomorrow if this case doesnt get resolved by then. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!

I sent message to their customercare and asked refund and cancel, as they promotes cancel anytime, refund anytime no questions asked. Their customercare said to me that I can cancel my membership from my account settings, but there IS NONE to click on to cancel my subscription. They also wrote, that they will not refund trials, because of their policy. Why do they promote refund no questions asked then omg.

DO NOT even try their service, you are going to get scammed.

Service OUTCOME. They charged me a fee WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. FRAUDERS, stay away from copyshark

I had a good experience with this ai. Overall I like everything. I just was confused at first when I couldn't find a blog section writer tool. I hoped it had such a feature.

Scam. Draws money without permission.

Fantastic tool. Saved a lot of my time. The results are a few imprecise, but is very useful. Just need to adjust some parts of the generated text and the job is done.

I was struggling with putting words together to create landing page for my business. CopyShark saved me a lot of money which I could pay for marketing person. It just generated such cool and appropriate for me copies. Just a little tweak and you have the perfect wording!

Copyshark looked interesting and I started using it.

Before utilizing it to the fullest, the layout on a mobile screen is the worst ever, literally you are not able to use it on your mobile phone. You at least get to the desk top or maybe tablet.

Then I want to cancel the subscription and there I am stuck. So I am asking them to help me cancel it but they are not so really helpful! Worst user experience so far.

CopyShark is a scam! Don't put your real credit card information as eventually they charge it multiple times throughout the day after free trial ends.

They tried to charge my credit card like 10 times. When contacting customer service, they reject to cancel.

Copyshark is just a piece of crap to be honest! I spent an hour to try different things but the AI generated nonsense content for the ads. I got so frustrated that I ended up cancelling the subscription as I didnt want to waste my time to read something that wasnt worth reading. Seriously, I dont think that they tested the AI well enough before rolling it out to the market.

disappointed : I tested and paid for copyshark for 1 month...
result: very unhappy, the ergonomics are not right, not at all adapted to French, the results are very approximate so we canceled, and since then found a much better software
copyshark advice: question yourself and improve your software

We are a Ukraine based agency and we do maintenance for different Google Ads accounts.
We started to work with English speaking market after war started because a lot of Ukrainian business just stopped working. This was tough and we weren't ready for it, especially in ads writing because of English knowledge.

So, CopyShark help us with us! Great and interesting product! I am sure our CTR and sales will increase

Worst experience ever with an online company. They took one month from me. I hope it's enough because with customer service like that you don't deserve to be up and running. Their customer service is probably AI too. And not a very good one too.
