Would give 0 stars if possible. The early access option is a way to market exclusivity. The app doesn't in any way problem solve or provide the solutions that it claims to provide. It was a complete waste of money and was not easy to unsubscribe to the plan.

Im disapointed.

Bought trial Account and i decided to cancel trial period. But they steal my money from bank Account Twice!

I showed them my email with cancellation request but they answered that they don't get.

My recommendation: please avoid this

Terrible AI. It doesnt work in Dutch.

Even after cancelling subscription via contact service I still got billed. Wasted 80$ up until now. Hopefully this ends soon!

I did the 14 day trial for $7. I tested it out, and it didn't like it, so I canceled the renewal. They billed me $39 after the trial. I sent them an email saying I canceled the renewal and I wanted a refund. They told me monthly payments are not eligible for a refund, which was very disappointing either way.

They are thiefs! Asked money back immediately (as written on the website) and they did not give any money back! Use conversion.ai which is much better. The software do not work! They claim it works with ITALIAN but this is not true at all! neither english work! STAY AWAY. Thiefs! Poor software and awful customer service. Do not trust marketing influencer that suggest this product.

These guys are total scammers! All the positive reviews are generated by them.

Their customer support team does not help you at all.

They can't even speak proper English. They told me that they will charge me with $39 in their email after I canceled the $7 trial!!!!

Now I have to go and cancel my card and issue a new one. This is a horrible experience. I am going to PRESS CHARGES against these guys!

On top of that, someone named Jamie from their support team told me: "If you want I can cancel your account" - after I asked them a normal question.

Go and use JARVIS (aka Conversion.ai)! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS! They will take your money for nothing. Plus, their stupid software is not working properly.

Awful customer experience; tool that is not working the way it should be.

Avoid! Despite cancelling my account, they continued to charge my credit card and denied, multiple times getting my cancellation. I ended up having to cancel my credit card.
The generated copy makes no sense at all, and I high suspect the positive reviews are fake.

I was about to put in my card details but my instincts told me to check them on google and read some reviews. I would advise anyone and everyone to read the one star reviews and read them carefully to avoid being scammed.

IGNORE all positive reviews. I suspect copyshark has a team of people creating multiple accounts just to leave the positive reviews for every authentic negative review it receives.

This software is absolute RUBBISH. Copy generated makes NO SENSE. The software does not allow you to cancel within your account (red flag), and asks of you to email them. Emailed them within hours of signing up, cancelled the account within 24 hrs as the software is just CRAP. But no reply and email was ignored (another red flag).

Copyshark went ahead to charge the entire month of subscription fee. Am fighting a losing battle here as they kept insisting they did not receive my first email (when it was right at the bottom of the email chain, BLIND or what?).

Had to block my credit card immediately to prevent them from continuing the unauthorised billing.

Copyshark is out to STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Do not give your credit card information to Copyshark.
They have an option to cancel the subscription on the website, but still charge you after you cancel.
I have canceled my subscription with them 4 times, and they keep charging me.
Now I have to cancel my credit Card, because they keep stealing my money.
And customer service just keeps saying, that I did not cancel right, even after i canceled it, as they requested.

DO NOT TRUST THE $7 USD TRIAL!

I joined the trial twice because the first time I got my cc info incorrect. And I let them charged twice because I admit I gave them two chance to try out the service. Total login is two times. Then that's it I gone to account setting and cancel.

There are zero notification, nothing then suddenly a bill pop up $34 USD charged.

Very greedy and they are working very hard fighting you not to get your refund back.

Other companies in such situation, they will just refund you back because you technically didn't join the monthly service.

Also the product they provide is sucks. It's sounded very promising; yet, it's not what you expect. It doesn't generate the paragraph like it says on the ads.

I put the word 'T-shirt', it doesn't even give you any descriptions close to that. That's why I cancel that immediately after. If it's good, I will definitely continue. Unfortunately, not only service sucks, ppl who are dealing with u for a refund sucks too.

There are way better companies out there to join. Definitely, not this one.

Don't trust the positive reviews. You will instant regret once you join.

Lousy customer service, no option to cancel plan from within the account, no notice on next billing date so flying blind, once I was billed I asked for cancellation & refund but their customer support refused as per their money-hungry no refunds policy.

Would not recommend Copyshark to anyone & definitely will not be returning to this software.

Do not sign up! It is a scam. You cannot cancel the subscription and the tool isn't working. I've contacted customer support but haven't heard from them.

I would advise you not use this service. It's not very good and there is no cancel option. Plus like other commentators have stated poor customer service and they overcharge you. Beware. This is service is a scam. I'm literally writing a blog about my experience in detail so at least we can finally get these guys shut down.

Horrible company. Signed up on a trial, didn't have the features I needed (site misleading) and tried to cancel about 12hrs later. They refuse to refund, even though I've hardly used the platform.

Do not do business with them. Seems I'm not the only one.

I canceled the 2nd Day i tried the awful software, wrote the email to them stating very clearly that i wanted to cancel, as they force you to do, and low and behold they still charged me for the next month like 2 weeks later. Now they are not refunding me.

Avoid these scam artists, they deserve nothing
