I bought online and am very happy with the shoes I bought, the fast delivery and the price!

Needed to renew a pair of Skechers Arch Fit trainers so started my search. Found exactly what I was after in my size and a nice shade of Taupe, but importantly at a great price in a sale. Order fulfilled promptly and professionally. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful and had a great selection of shoes.

Absolutely disappointed of customer service. Bought boots and trusted to description and that they statement to buy your normal size. Arrived not fit. Send back they promised to pay for postage. Nothing, ignoring now. Pretending that so hard to arrange pay for postage. Now ignoring me at all. Please do not trust this company. Quality not as you would expect for price you buy. Customer service very bad. Recommend if you want to save the time and the money then go somewhere else.

I know this company don't have a refund policy, and this has upset a lot of people, but other than that I do rate them 5 stars, I take my grandson here for his shoes, never any issues, professional staff, very helpful, its always busy, but go on a Monday and its not as busy.

Purchased some shoes but after coming home and trying on again felt that they just didn't suit. Wanted to return but on doing so told that couldn't receive a refund only exchange or credit note. Apparently as bought in shop opportunity to try on but yet on website you can get a full refund ? At no stage did the staff member advise should you change your mind that you couldn't receive a full refund but that of a credit note. Surely as a customer I have the right to return the shoe within 14 days for a full refund, understand with sale items a credit note but not full price items. It will be a shop that I will be avoiding in the future. Maybe staff should be better trained in advising the customers of this policy as I'm sure a lot of people are caught out one way of making sure they are making money.

My toddler was taken to the Newtownards store to have a pair of shoes fitted. After developing an extremely painful ingrown toenails, I had to take her to a podiatrist who told me that the shoes were too tight fitting. My 2 & 1/2 year old needed part of her toenail removed with a scalpel. She was in a great deal of pain & distress. She also required an antibiotic to deal with infection. The podiatrist a foot expert Informed me that the shoes were not appropriate & in fact too small, this was just 8 weeks after purchase from store, this visit to the podiatrist cost £45. When I visited the store for a refund I was met with a arrogant & aggressive employee who did not sympathise in any shape or form. Point blank refused a refund, also wouldn’t accept any responsibility. So I have been left out of pocket for a child’s pair of trainers that cost £35. A podiatry fee of £45 & have had the added distress of seeing my daughter distraught. From what I can tell these people don’t care a jot about children’s feet or their welfare. Avoid at all cost.

Checked refund policy online before going into store to buy boys school shoes, clearly states that they will provide full refund in 14 days. However bought pair of school shoes for £65 and by the time got to shop door my son changed his mind and didn’t like them, so asked for a refund but was refused. Spoke to manager who said they would give credit note which was no use as they didn’t have any other shoes in his size which he liked, they suggested they could order alternatives but again would be changing to shoes he didn’t like. Stated I read their policy but they refused saying their shop policy is different because you have the opportunity to try them on instore, this is not stated on their website. Very disappointing and misleading, lesson learned not to shop here again!!!
