Unlike Mike A, I find Marcy and corporate casuals very responsive and easy to work with.

Great customer service. I needed an order within a certain timeframe and make a mistake on the order myself, and they delivered exceptionally. Outstanding, would recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Corporate Casuals was exceptional. Mine was a small job: I got hats custom embroidered for a family vacation. I had never done something like this before, and they helped me through every step via phone, email, and their website. I was super impressed with their system for ordering and customizing. They have single item pricing, a modest 1-time charge for logo digitizing, and no-cost color changes to the logo. There are tons of product choices, and thread color choices for the embroidering, so you can get exactly what you want. This is so much better than other options I found. It made it so every person got the hat color and size they liked at a good price. It was easy to tweak the thread colors of the logo for different hat colors to get good contrast on each color hat.
I have seen complaints on timing, but I think the turn around was outstanding for a customized product, for example, 1 week from order to delivery including several color changes to the logo. This was with standard shipping, and I live in the Western US, so I was very impressed.
We were doing just hats for the kids, but when we received them, we liked the results so much we ordered them for the adults too!
It is rare to have a company exceed expectations, but I have to say that for me, Corporate Casuals did so in every way.

Zero customer support. No way to contact for assistance. I wanted to spend my $ but the design tool was malfunctioning. I'll go to a site that wants my $
