Over time the locks do not lock and need some spare spacers. Have attempted to contact Cortizo, no response.

Dit bedrijf is zeer onproffesioneel en lieg op jouw C4 bij intslag. De personeelsleden zijn zeer onbeleefd uitgezonderd de kuispersoneel. Dit bedrijf geef geen antwoord op jouw vragen. Behaldel mensen als gevangen.

Very disappointed with the CORTIZO frames installed by LAGRANGE FENETRES in France.
The CORTIZO bay windows are poorly thought out (one's fingers get severely stuck between the closing handles and the uprights, which is really a problem for children), the quality of manufacture and finishing is poor (the paneling comes undone when the building site has not yet been delivered) and the central closing points of the bay windows (4-point closure) break easily and make the CORTIZO bay windows not very resistant to burglary.

A total absence of after-sales service from the French retailer.
Very disappointed, I regret very much to have chosen CORTIZO frames apparently now manufactured in Romania as the products we received.
