Full refund - and not CN fault.
I bought two items in Feb this year. According to the delivery service -Aramex-( see a previous review of this company ) the parcel was delivered. It was not.
I have spent the past 3 months attempting to get a refund from Aramex - failed. They referred me back to Cosmetics now. The communication from CN has been fast and reasonably helpful overall. It was not their problem as the delivery issue was this end in NZ. However they chose to use Aramex who have a less than ideal history for safe delivery so a level of responsibility does lie with it.
CN this last week emailed to say they will honour the loss and refund the total amount owed. I am very grateful for this - the refund has been successfully returned.
I have asked CN to find an alternative carrier - I will not use the site again until this happens. I hope to hear that they have resolved the issues with a reliable and honest carrier within NZ.
