I ordered a cosplay and paid for express shipping. Not only did the cosplay not arrive on time, it didnt arrived at all. There is no response from customer service. Luckily I paid through paypal, so that getting my money back (€320) will be possible. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this site. It is a scam.

Made an order with express shipping; not only did it not arrive on time, it didn't arrive at all. Absolutely zero response to emails, social media messages, etc. Complete scam. Avoid.

Cosplay completely inaccurate to size, it came insanely large and in no way could fit me. Emailed about a return and has to be done at my expense and while lying about the price (under $20 for a cosplay over 120, which offers no protection if the package is lost in the mail) and told it had to be done within 3 days? Wont answer my queries anymore once i pointed this out despite how short the window for me to return is

I was reluctant to buy something here because of the bad reviews; however I am very happy with my purchase. I bought an Aloy cosplay; the quality is amazing and the delivery only took 3 weeks. The fit is perfect too. The only downside for me was that there was no tracking available so I couldn’t keep an eye out on my parcel. That is why my rating is 4 instead of 5 stars but in general I would recommend this seller!

This is the first and the LAST time I'll be buying anything from here at cosplay magic. They're complete GARBAGE! Had I never asked for tracking and a update on my purchase I would have never gotten it. I asked them to please update me on their shipper DHL which is also awful, haven't gotten a reply. If this is how you do "business" you are dead wrong for doing your customers like this. I'd give you no stars if that was a choice. Strongly recommend anyone who sees this to save yourself the headache and frustration and not shop here at all!

Very beautiful and detail rich costume. I will only need to make a few tiny adjustments with it. So absolutely nothing to complain about the quality of that suit. Actually looked exactly like in the picture. But despite that, I do not know if I will buy here again anyway. The communication went well, until I had paid for my suit, which was quite expensive. Then came silence, followed by silence and even more silence even though the delivery time expired and I sent repeated emails to them. In the end, I gave them a date that I wanted some kind of response to, with the intention of then contacting PayPal. There was no answer, but instead a message came from DHL that my package, which I had given up with, was on its way. The first message from DHL came on Friday on Saturday, Cosplay Magic heard from me and apologized and gave me the information that DHL has already given me. On Tuesday, my suit arrived by express courier. So my tip is, do not hesitate to be prepared to put up a hard fight if they start to mess up.

I don’t usually write reviews but after emailing this business constantly for a month and receiving absolutely no reply I am extremely frustrated. I ordered a product and shipping was meant to be 10-15 days. I understand there are delays due to pandemic and happy to accommodate that but all I want it some acknowledgement that my parcel is in transit. I’ve had no updates about my parcel, no replies to my emails whatsoever and feel like I have been scammed. Hoping my parcel arrives as it looks like they can be late however a simple email would have been nice in order to avoid a bad experience and this review.

I decided to try this website because I thought their wig was perfect for my cosplay, even though I read many mixed reviews before deciding. After waiting almost two months (which was not expected, as they promised a maximum of 20 days with free shipping and have received all of my other cosplay items from AliExpress and other websites well before theirs) I received a package that was damaged on the outside and poorly wrapped. The wig has very high quality fibers, but does not exactly look like advertised. I will make it work and it's not bad, but it's another red flag. Overall, I would not buy from here again. The products are probably overpriced, the customer service was helpful (but not very kind) and the free shipping took longer than they promised. Shop here at your own risk and only if you have no other options.

These guys are amazing! I live in the UK and the outfit came within 2 weeks! Flawless condition too the trousers where slightly to big but nothing that couldn't be fixed! I only have one outfit from them so far but looking into another! One of my best investments cosplay wise!

These people are ridiculous. Completely no sense at customer service, with them IGNORING your emails.

I paid through PayPal for a custom made cosplay. In the email, I gave my measurements in inches as well as specific instruction on how I’d like the costume to be made. Amy, the woman emailing me the whole time, agreed to do all of what I asked, which was pleasant.

When I got it in, it was made completely wrong. The belts measured to be more than 12 inches TOO BIG AROUND. I am a 47-47 inches in the waist. The belts measured OVER 60 inches around!!
They didn’t even stay on my waist, just fell to the floor! The jacket was made 4 inches too big. I requested for both sleeves to be made the SAME LENGTH (as one is usually shorter than the other for this character), and of course one sleeve is shorter than the other. Since I have a wider head, I requested for the neckpiece to be made bigger around. And of course it’s made for a tiny persons head. Please keep in mind all these details were provided BEFORE it was being made, all agreed upon with Amy from Cosplay Magic.

I emailed Amy stating all these problems. She emailed me telling me she saw NO ISSUE WITH THE MEASUREMENTS. She did not even care to touch on the subject of the other problems either.

At this point, I opened a case in Paypal.’paypal denied the case, saying they don’t cover custom made items.

I have emailed and emailed and emailed Cosplay Magic, but there had been no response! They are completely ignoring me!!

This isn’t right at all! I’m stuck spending all this money on a costume that wasn’t made as discussed, and completely doesn’t match the measurements I gave them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Please! I’m warning you now.

They have scammed me $470. Disgusting do not shop with this website. I have warned i will take this further and do what ever i can to get my money back. They should not do this to consumers who trust them and pay for a service. Should not be a company

They falsely declared the value and contents of my package DHL lost it and due to the store only declaring 8% of the value, they're only covered for that amount in the event of a claim and so they are refusing to refund me or help.

I received my costume in roughly 7 business days and it fits as if it were tailor made for me not to mention all of the stitching looks great and it's lined (which I was not expecting).

I saw bad and good reviews and was mixed about getting a Cosplay here, but they looked so nice on the pictures I decided to give it a shot. It was a huge mistake.

I sent my measurements to them and they suggested me the medium size for the Deadpool costume. Paid $180 with free shipping. Received it after a few days only, I was extremely excited about it.
It was /way/ too big. I couldn't even put the pants, I was floating in it and it's fully fall down on the floor.
The jacket had white marker marks all over it.
I decided to resend it to get a refund, and this is when I understood I was getting f*cked: they sent me a damaged item that was too big for me even though I gave them my measurements, but /I/ had to pay $60 for the shipping, and they refunded me $151 instead of $180 because they don't refund the shipping (which was FREE on their website.) Terrible customer service, not to mention I paid $35 of taxes for it to almost get delivered in the wrong town. Please don't do the same mistake as me. The cosplay's are terrible, and you'll lose so much money on this.

I have to wait in total of 9 weeks before I could receive my ordered costume from cosplaymagic.com! They took 5 weeks on making it, and they respond to emails slowly, and unfriendly. It took another month to receive the delivery from them, super slow! the worst part is that the costume is in very very bad quality! It don't look like the picture shown at all! I regretted this and I will never buy here no more!

it is terrible to buy here, that I had waited for over a month and finally received something that I did not ordered! a costume, with color and outlook doesn't even look close to what is being shown and described. the quality is bad and I requested a refund they refused! ha! stay away!!

the cosplay wigs are nothing like the pictures, and the costume is very crappy and thin that it is kinda 'see through'. waited for 6 weeks for the mail, and I missed the convention 2 weeks ago. this is really bad and their supports don't reply to my emails. bad bad bad

I waited for 2 months and 4 days to get my costume from them. I emailed them about 5 times, and only got 1 respond that does not answer my question at all. They are very irresponsible, and the costume that I got is not the same as shown on their website picture, the zipper broke off right away when i tried it. the worst place for costumes, stay away!

I bought a white blacher jacket from the deveiant art side of the clothing. I accidently got it dirty and we watched it, but was unsure how to... since it gave no directions on what it should be watched in.

But anyway, the red lettering and design ran with red dye and all the white uniform turned pink. Weird as some parts use a different red fabric and that didn't run.

I've told them about this, but they said for 'me' not to dye it. I went against them again and haven't got a responce. They bearly replied to any of my questions on items.

And the worst part... It's a day from my convention too...
