Before time, clear signage ,nice clean car, friendly driver ,good stress free expierence

Well the driver was easy to find when we got to airport and also when picking us up for return he was on time no waiting.

We were informed 48h in advance by Email.
A friendly lady was perfectly on time at the agreed place. The car was clean and spacious and we arrived safely at the airport.

Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden. Alles hat perfekt funktioniert.

Der Fahrer war sehr pünktlich, sogar etwas früher vor Ort, und sehr höflich und taktvoll. Er hat sogar im Hotel nachgefragt, ob es noch andere Ausgänge gibt, damit er uns auf keinen Fall verpasst. Danach hat er geduldig auf uns gewartet und uns sicher und angenehm zum Flughafen gebracht.

Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden den Service jederzeit wieder nutzen. Vielen Dank für die Zuverlässigkeit und Professionalität.

We booked a transfer from Girona Airport to Blanes. Our first transfer went very smoothly. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport at arrivals and brought us to our hotel. Lovely man and thank you. We had booked a return transfer back to the airport for 5.30 in the morning as our flight was at 8am. We waited 20 minutes and no sign of the taxi and no phone call or email explaining. I got the receptionist to ring the company. The man said that there was a problem with the taxi and we would have to get an alternative taxi and to ask the hotel receptionist to organise it. As it was such short notice we had to take two taxis as there was 5 of us and it cost €130 instead of €80 which we had also paid for for the return transfer. We were told that we would be refunded. I emailed them on the day of the return transfer but I yet have to receive a reply.

Very good and reliable. Every change was satisfied. I recommend costabrava taxi.

Bij aankomst op de luchthaven Girona, na onze weliswaar vertraagde vlucht met Ryanair, stond de beloofde taxi (enkele dagen vooraf H en T geregeld en betaald) NIET op ons te wachten met het naambordje! Geen telefoontje, noch berichtje, nada! Het was ons eerste verblijf aldaar en dus onbekende omgeving. Bovendien spreken we geen Spaans, wel Engels. Het begon toen al donker te worden en we vreesden het avondmaal (halfpension) in het hotel in Lloret de Mar te missen. Een andere, vriendelijke taxichauffeur wou ons brengen maar doordat we reeds betaald hadden voor de beide ritten van het CostaBravaTaxi-bedrijf heeft hij voor ons (zonder kosten) gebeld naar dit bedrijf, na een half uur wachten kwam EINDELIJK een chauffeur opdagen. Voor de betaalde terugreis hebben we voor alle zekerheid iemand van het hotel de dag ervoor laten bellen want we moesten al om 8u30 vertrekken. De taxichauffeur vh andere bedrijf zei dat dit al meerdere keren is voorgevallen. Geen betrouwbare service van het CostaBravaTaxi-bedrijf: wel vooraf te betalen: 120 euro voor beide ritten heen en terug (met bevestigingsmail). Positief: het was een geduldige en vriendelijke chauffeur die ons heeft vervoerd. Conclusie: onbetrouwbaar!

Very disapointed in this company.We arrived at barcelona airport but when i didnt see a driver i tried for 30 minutes to reach their office, but nobody answered. i ended up taking a regular taxi. No respons to all my emails to organise my refund for 200 euros! How unprofessional and dissapointing.
