The chest of drawers are perfect as described. The only let down were your delivery people .

Lovely shop and lovely staff. I bought some candle holders and a boucle cushion, and was very happy to receive a surprise gift for spending over £50! 😀

Lovely clean displays & room sets to wander around but the main reason for 5 stars is the customer service I received. So helpful & accommodating. Through this great service I shall definitely return in the new year to buy the other items I had my eye on.

Cannot fault the two delivery drivers, friendly, efficient and respectful.
Unfortunately the goods were damaged in transit, which they pointed out. They carefully explained my options and told me I’d receive a call from the company in due course.
Having myself worked in customer service I recognised that they turned a negative scenario into a positive one which only impressed me even more with the company.
Gary and Jake are a credit to the Cotswold Company, as was the lovely young lady who served me in their Bath store on Monday morning 24Nov2025.

The Cotswold Company store in Bath have been completely amazing.
We at length spoke with Lily who helped to reassure us on the furniture on order, but also gave us further advice on what we could do if we changed our mind. Lily went through other options and was overall super accommodating!

Our furniture arrived swiftly and efficiently by Earle & Matt D. They called an hour before delivery as promised. They took care of the furniture and were super friendly!

The furniture itself we are over the moon with. It came built with minor tinkering required (changing handles). It’s high quality and would say you definitely pay that bit extra for the quality and service.

Very pleased with my larder cupboard. It is a stylish, well made piece, and has helped me revolutionise my kitchen space.

Made a call to the Bath shop to see what products from the bedroom range were on display as we like to see products before ordering. Talked to Alfie who was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly who explained what was there so we headed over the following day. On arrival we met with Nancy who was also helpful, knowledgeable and showed us the ranges and answered our questions and queries. A price was given and we were never put under any pressure to place an order but having really liked the Chester range we ordered on the day. All items were in stock which is a massive bonus over the competition and we look forward to receiving our items shortly.
