The staff at the Cotswolds Company Outlet in Cambridge should be given advice on customer relations. They are so apathetic, I have been in quite a few times and the staff do not acknowledge that I am even at the counter, waiting to be served. They spend more time looking at their phones than they do helping customers. I have never come across any other shop where the staff are so disinterested in anything.

Alex was exceptional at giving me advice and finding out information. He was very patient, professional and courteous at all times. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him and I would purchase items from Cotswold Company again due to his excellent customer service and knowledge! Thank you so much!

The service I received at the Cambridge Cotswold Company Outlet today was excellent. All the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, but a special mention goes to Alex. He dismantled and wrapped my dining table and carried it to the car for me.
I got a fabulous extending table for half price! Highly recommend this place.

Alex and Mark have been extremely helpful with our purchase of wardrobes and bed, explaining things very clearly. Highly recommended.

I like the furniture, it is well made and looks nice. The first chest of drawers I bought in 2024 was delivered by the Cotswold Company's own van, but the second one which I bought this last Black Friday, was delivered by a different company so although put in the bedroom (ground floor) was not unpacked. It was a lot smaller than the first one luckily so I was able to do it myself, but being a 72 yr old female with arthritis and living alone, it was a little difficult, but I would prefer that the delivery men could do this and take the packing away. Maybe because it was in the sale and the company were very busy this was not done! Otherwise all was excellent

Lovely and helpful man, Alex, in the Cotswold Outlet in Cambridge. He went ‘above and beyond’ to help me, including finding out how much a delivery would cost. I shall buy from there again.

All the staff I was in contact with were very helpful and professional, especially Matt who assisted by sending photos on email to save me coming to the store.
Matt also suggested delivery companies to use which was very helpful!

Alex and Bhanu have helped us with a number of items for our new home. They have been very helpful in assisting us in all the pieces we need. The items are always carefully wrapped with protective materials. Couldn’t recommend more!

Once more I attended the outlet in Cambridge to purchase a table. Very pleased with the price and once again I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. As before he was very professional and knowledgeable. Surprised Cotswold haven't made him manager yet.
