Lovely product, great service and delivery

Just thought I would put a review of the Chelmsford store as they have always been mega helpful (Super Helen) in particular, but having said that they are all really nice!!
After agonising about getting all new dining room furniture we decided to get the Inglesham Oak small kitchen island to finish off, only to find it was out of stock, Helen found one for us (many thanks) and it all arrived yesterday, we are thoroughly delighted.

Stewart and Jacque arrived on time , were respectful of the property and friendly. It was a big order and we are the top floor apartment but they cracked on and provided a first class delivery service

All the team in Chelmsford were very helpful and patient as we went through our decision-making process.
We were buying two sofas, two armchairs, and some sideboards so getting it right was important.
We'd definitely go into the store and get their advice and input. I work in retail, I would definately say they're a credit to their company.

A lady called Helen served us today. She was extremely helpful, showing us different options and giving advice. It was a very pleasant experience and I just know we will be back very soon.

Lovely staff. Friendly but not overpowering when you are trying to choose. As always the quality of the furniture is beautiful. It hasn’t arrived yet so will update at a later date.

We visited the store in Chelmsford to look at some furniture we'd seen and planned to order online.
I am so glad we did this as the lady who served us was really helpful and advised us on a few things we were unsure of.
The delivery and putting together of the furniture was done by 2 guys Emmanuel & Dean. They were punctual, polite and friendly and done an excellent job.
I had recently had chemo and Dean was very mindful of this and kept his distance when showing and explaining things to me. He also offered to move the furniture to another position if i wasn't sure.

The store was very clean , displays showed of furniture choice and selection fantastically well . The staff were very helpful and polite.
