Very helpful when I visited the store in Bath. Following this and measuring up, I ordered on line which was very straight forward. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful.

We had six dining chairs delivered on time. They are inexpensive, look smart and good value; so far they're working well, being used regularly.

Was served by Harsha in the Harpenden Branch and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful . A very good experience , will be going back to order more in the future and will endeavour to be served by her again

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by member of staff. Without any pressure staff will help you look for items we were searching for. They offered advice and even told us about a sale that was taking place in store. The store itself is beautiful played out, with furniture and furnishings with every item put together really well. They definitely should offer an interior design service, if they don't already!

The staff were courteous and fun.
They explained everything very clearly.
Particularly Mark-Anthony, who is relatively new to the Cotswold store, but will be an asset to them

Charlotte went above and beyond to assist my husband and I in the purchase of our new ottoman bed. We had and initial video call where she showed us the bed. She then followed up via email as we had several questions. She's always replied kindly and promptly. The service with Cotswold has been outstanding so far. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered!

We had a very warm welcome at the Harpenden store. We told Harsha what we were looking for and she was extremely helpful and our transaction was dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner.

The furniture received from the Cotswold Company is great quality. I ordered two Chester wardrobes (white & dove grey) along with two Chester draws, three bedside tables and a lovely linen basket. The wardrobes were assembled by Scott & Vasco two really nice guys who were friendly, professional and polite. They assembled the wardrobes perfectly. The furniture items look fantastic. Great job guys, it was a pleasure meeting you both. Thank you.

Made two visits to the store to choose and order bedroom furniture. We were served by Harsha and Charlotte, who were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Plenty of notice regarding arrival time.
Ryan and Bernard were excellent, table was brought through narrow hall with care. Assembly was efficient and quick with minimal disruption. .

Nancy was really knowledgeable & helpful. She showed various alternatives which helped to make the decision easier. The store had a great selection of furniture. There was an early delivery date which was also great.

I'm very pleased with the quality of my sofabed. The delivery was on time and the delivery men were helpful, efficient and polite.
I was not very impressed with having to put the bed assembly into the sofa frame - it was quite difficult and we could have been injured. I think it should come assembled, with less packaging.

Excellent customer service from Harsha who was so patient and helpful in helping us arrive at a decision when we realised our furniture wasn’t quite right. She was flexible, suggested options and then efficiently organised a return/re-order. So grateful.
