Customer service at the new Harpenden store is super and the serene feeling you get once in the store is amazing. Will definitely be shopping with you much more now we have a local Store.

My husband and I ordered the Camille dinning table. The service was amazing, all of my questions were answered, demos given and great ideas/home inspirations was suggested. Nothing was too much.

Lovely store to browse around and staff always on hand to help but not too pushy!

Nancy at Cotswold Harpenden has been exceptional not only once but consistently on 3 occasions. Each involving 3 super king size beds and mattresses. The information how they could be reconstructed to negotiate a difficult medieval staircases was key to my purchases. Super service, thank you Nancy
