The staff in the Harpenden store were friendly and helpful without being overbearing, both when we visited the store and when it came to placing the order over the phone a few days later.

Last minute call in, store closing at 5.30, perhaps a bit rushed, however dealt and spoken most efficiently, assistant very helpful. It was a very day and store ambiance and temperature spot on

Helpful and excellent customer service

Wasn’t happy with the delivery. Was expecting the furniture to be unpacked and taken away. With a bad back found this very difficult.

I’m sorry to hear the delivery didn’t meet your expectations. A one-person delivery was raised at the point of purchase, and regrettably, this service doesn’t offer room-of-choice delivery or unpacking.

We visited the showroom and after…
We visited the showroom and after letting us have a good look around Liam your salesman came to offer advice.
He showed us the type of wood and designs we could have in that range and prices.
Nearly 100 percent sure we went home to check measurements. Then rang with our order.
We were kept updated with delivery details. The delivery men were very helpful and unpacked, assembled and left everything set up and in place.
They took away all the packaging.
We have purchased Cotswold bedroom furniture a few years ago and now have a lovely dining room too.
100 percent recommend

The service from the team at the Harrogate store is as very good - kind and attentive. The TV stand is yet to arrive but the cushions are lovely

Excellent service and staff welcoming
Excellent service and staff welcoming. Only minor issue was that we had to wait a while to be served but we could sit whilst waiting. Staff acknowledged our long wait and apologised. Overall a good experience.

This review is for customer services!
We bought a sideboard from the Cotswold company a few years and other furniture.
Just recently the handles have become tarnished so we contacted customer services to ask if we could replace the handles as they are a certain size! They weren’t any help at all!!!
