It took 3 weeks to receive my order and it arrived without any staining just the bare wood. I called and when I explained the person said “We wouldn’t have sent it out without any staining, it must have soaked in”. Well you did. The shelf did not have any sign of staining on it at all. It doesn’t even smell like it’s been stained. If indeed it was stained then your quality control leaves a lot to be desired and the item should never have been sent as it was. To be fair they offered to send out some stain or I could send the item back for them to do it. As I had waited 3 weeks I didn’t want to send it back so I opted to do it myself. I have now been waiting a further 6 days and still no sign of the stain. When I get it there will be a period of time where the stains needs to dry perhaps needing more than one coat so we could be looking at around 5 to 6 weeks before I can put the shelf up and use it. Overall my experience with this company is not very good

I have just fitted my new oak beam and it looks amazing. Took around 2 weeks to arrive but overall I am very pleased with it and gives my living room character.

Terrible. I placed my order weeks ago. They were very quick to take the money but nothing was ever received. They never answer their phones and all I get when I email them is an automatic reply asking me to wait one more day. I am now trying to get my money back.

Ordered oak beam for fireplace. Arrived in days and was in perfect order. Very impressed. Highly recommend

communication could improve but apart from that great product very pleased arrived nice and early great service especially from Shirley.
