Horrible. After a glitch in communication, I had to pay the penalty for a misorder. I had no problem with that.In addition, the store got to keep 800 dollars as a store credit which was the difference between the king and queen headboard. My problem is that I was only able to talk to the person who took my order. I asked for MONTHS just to explain my story to a manager or store owner. Finally, the guy who took my order calls me and says he has been promoted to manager and now he is the highest authority. Worst experience ever!!!!!

What a crummy operation... COTTAGE CHIC did not refund my payment on merchandise that was not delivered. Instead their policy is to stall you w production excuses until you forget or your credit card protection period lapses.
There is no customer service to resport complaints just a voice mail that does not return calls. BUYER BEWARE

I have been a consistent customer of cottage chic for years. What used to be a small quaint shop in Pinehurst NC has grown into a lofty space in Aberdeen NC. Not only has their space increased but so has their products. I love checking out the new stuff. It perfectly suits my tastes of casual cottage style elegance. Every time I have placed an order with them I always get a great response and prompt delivery. I wish I could say more great things about this company, they have always treated me so well!
